I hope the backlash is so severe for him that he doesn’t have another peaceful moment in his miserable existence. Despicable traitor.

I have to agree with his statement, “It’s not the Supreme Court’s job to protect the people from the consequences of their political decisions”

We can thank W and Rove for this POS. Who would have thought that Kennedy was more of a conservative?

Pelosi stated last month Roberts or one of the other conservatives on the SCOTUS would vote for Obi Care. So maybe Demwits DO have something on him! Perhaps that was her “warning?”

If the SCOTUS ruled it unconstitutional the end game is still the same. Obama would still try to cram it down our throats either way. Only solution is to dump him with ObamaCare and as many Dems we can in November. Its war folks!

June 28, 2012: a date that will live in infamy. The United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked.... by itself.

I've thought for a longtime now Roberts is a pussy. He must read those goading, liberal, media press articles about him.

I have to agree with his statement, “It’s not the Supreme Court’s job to protect the people from the consequences of their political decisions”

It was clarified as a tax, leaving liberals no where to hide on the issue. Every single one of them voted for the world's biggest tax hike ever, as well as intruding the federal government into private lives. Probably the biggest gift to the TEA Party ever given - now we need to hound every congresscritter into destroying this piece of junk.

Wrong....We're a Constitutional Republic---A nation of Laws, not a Democracy.
Roberts must have been threatened......the only thing that makes sense.

Yes, remember this day and mark it well. Tell your children and your children’s children...”I remember where I was the day the Republic died”.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

Roberts turned the mandate into a tax & rewrote the law from the bench. That’s a level of activism even I’m shocked at in these degraded days.

Exactly.

Also remember - the Court, including Roberts have just declared Bambi a liar and vindicated Joe Wilson.

Roberts isn’t worthy to breath the same air as Harriet Miers, and all those elitist snobs who touted their Ivy League wonder blunder just got their reward, at the expense of liberty.

If Roberts was threatened and did nothing but cower and surrender instead of standing strong on his convictions and going to the press or proper authorities he was never fit to sit on the supreme court.

“Roberts must have been threatened......the only thing that makes sense.”

The only thing that makes sense is that john roberts is a flaming liberal put on the court by another flaming liberal, both disguised as conservatives. It’s that “lesser evil” thing.

>> Wrong....We're a Constitutional Republic---A nation of Laws, not a Democracy. <<

If we were a pure democracy, Obamacare would have never become law, since polls have consistently show that a strong majority of Americans oppose it.

Something has changed. Does the Chicago Machine have dirt on Roberts?

Nothing has changed, except that many have finally realized what's behind the mask.

Roberts swore in the usurper, bumbling the word "faithfully".

And then there was Obama's defiant message to us all on [RED] Flag Day. Obama's "We" is something quite different than "We the People":

Obama:America::Nebuchadnezzar:Jerusalem

The walls have been breached. Tonight = 9 Tammuz

Obamacare stands. So much for those "conservative" appointments paraded about every four years as THE reason to support the "lesser evil".

More accurately: W appointed Roberts. Patrician, big-government W and his father stripped the GOP of ALL its Reagan values. W’s tepid response to Barney Frank’s mortgage plan for crack dealers, along with the social liberal values of his mother, burqa-wearing wife Laura, and lefty twin daughters, is ample proof of the Latin dictum of “Qui tacet consentit”, silence implies consent.

The Bushes HAD the bully pulpit of the Oval Office but NEVER used it to forcefully argue a single conservative economic or social principle. They are NOT conservatives.

At most, they were adequate SecDefs for a brief spell, and merely slightly better than the alternatives, Dukakis, Gore and Kerry would have been.

There is NOTHING else to praise about the Bush family, and their Saudi-smegma-licking legacy. They COULD have done what Newt rightly called for, which is to overturn the US State Department and purge it of its Wahhabi-pensioned diplomats and lackeys. It was under W that the State Department ACCELERATED the visas of Saudis AFTER 9/11. It is because of the lucrative Saudi gravy train that Hillary sought to be SecState.

“So in a Gingrich administration, the opening day, there will be an executive order about two hours after the inaugural address; we will send the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, as of that day.

If you will accept it, I will ask John Bolton to be Secretary of State.

But I will only appoint him if he will agree that his first job is the complete and thorough transformation of the State Department and the replacement of the current Foreign Service culture with a new entrepreneurial and aggressive culture dedicated to the proposition that defending freedom and defending America is the first business of the State Department, not appeasing our opponents.

And I will ask the Congress to liberate the intelligence community, so we can once again go back to effective covert operations and to effective intelligence gathering, and not be forced to rely on pseudo-allies such as the Pakistanis who, clearly, had to be conspiring to hide bin Laden for eight years, since he was hiding in the national military city.“
– Newt Gingrich
The Bush’s f-ing corporate cronyism and tolerance of GOP pork-barreling through 2006 literally HANDED the country over to Pelosi, Reid and Obama for their socialist cronyism and pork-barreling. W and Perry, as Texas Governors, are turning that state blue by 2028 with their porous border policies.

GHW Bush gave us 19 years of Souter. W tried to give us Harriet Miers, then Gonzales and we wound up with Obamacare-loving Roberts.

If Jeb or anyone with Bush DNA is still on your tongue as a candidate for ANYTHING, to HELL with you as a Republican.
