Today, President Obama LOST The Election
http://annem040359.wordpress.com/ ^ | June 28, 2012 | annem040359

With the United States Supreme Court ruling to uphold the President Barack Hussein Obama health care law, this decision for all purposes President Obama today handed over the November 6, 2012 United States presidential elections to Mitt Romney. Besides the United States of America having a broken economy, this decision by the USSC has for all purposes nailed shut the coffin for the Obama era of the White House.

Frankly, I was never all that crazy for Mitt Romney, but this decision today pretty much has handed him the White House because it will not only make the United States federal government grow to the point of out-of-control, but it will also bring it much, much closer to an outright dictatorship which I also FEAR.

Mr. Romney said that first thing as soon as he becomes President he will begin the process to repeal Obamacare. Mr. Romney, I will hold you to it. As the late Ronald Regan, the 40th President of the United States of America has said, “trust but verified”. Mr. Romney I must go along with that statement, in other words DO NOT FORGET what you have said TODAY after the USSC ruling on Obamacare.

This decision also increases what I have also have been fighting, my increasing cynical view over people who govern and now added to that, to the court system of this country. It increases my distrust.

Look for that to be the case with more Americans viewing government and the courts in the same light. This is NOT A GOOD DAY FOR AMERICA.

How IRONIC, just a few days before Independence Day 2012, the birthday of the United States, July 4th.

Today is also the day to begin to TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK.

Election Day 2012 is coming. It is time to THROW OUT those who are in public office who support this mess of a law and vote in those who WILL support its repeal. This law is NOT A SUCESS, but TRULY A FAILURE.

Let the first politico to be VOTED OUT be President Obama and those who support this mess of a law on November 6, 2012. Stand up for both America and for liberty!

Today, President Obama LOST The Election

I agree.. if we counter the Rats' and their media's shenanigans.

Intended or not the message from SCOTUS was: "We are not going to do your job for you."

It's political. It's our duty as citizens to stop it using our two-hundred-plus-year history of debate and elections.

Today, President Obama LOST The Election

At msn.com, there is a poll asking "Do you think the Supreme Court made the right decision?" Currently, it is 60% no, 32% yes, and the rest undecided.

If it's this lopsided against the mandate at a left-leaning site like msn.com, then you may be right.

There are too many idiots in this country who still think the government is good for us. I work with a 55 year old guy who was happy about this decision. The problem is he's a cheap prick who falsely believes he is getting something for free from O’blowhard-care. I told him he's in for a rude awakening. He better hope his prostate cancer stays in remission and his wife's MS doesn't get worse.

I think so. I find Romney repulsive, and was apathetic because of it. My acquaintances weren't so thrilled about him either. After today, everyone I've talked to is reved - Oboma and the democrats have to go! People are already pulling at the reins to vote them out.

I don't think I've ever seen the public so motivated. People are shocked. Most thought the mandate would be thrown out, but some of it would stay. Now that it's all in - and exposed as the biggest tax increase in American history - even the 20+ year olds are freaking out. They're going to have to pay for the freeloaders now, too. Everyone has to chip in to support the democrat base now. No one escapes. Not even union members.

I know the people in the grocery store were acting as though OJ Simpson was just declared innocent. They had the same reaction.

The people I personally know weren't really that involved in politics, but now they're appalled. NOW they're paying attention.

I hope all this holds up long enough to drain the swamp in November.

Raising taxes during a bad economy is insane

GOP need to start the ads immediately and point out it doesn’t kick in until 2014 so defeating Obama and the dems this November is needed

Yeah, and I think the people who work for a living are aware of it, too. They're going to have to pay for not only the democrat freeloaders health care, but the illegal aliens as well. One doctor visit runs well over $150 bucks. Multiply that by millions, and you've got the cost of Obomacare for about one day.

Seriously, they've got to start referring to it as the biggest tax increase in American history. If it were sold as a massive tax increase, it never would have passed. ANY working person would have been outraged.

This is nothing but a massive tax increase to pay for a new social program bigger than welfare and food stamps combined.

I just want to know one thing.

When are the TEA PARTY RALLIES starting back up?

It's no longer a MANDATE but a TAX - tell your friends and neighbors it starts @ 6% and the sky is the limit.

The Election in Nov IMHO is still going to be mostly on the Economy, but ObamaCare has to be #2 on that list.

After several months of bad news Obama and my Liberal co-workers they are now dancing in the streets, they think the Nov election is over before it began.

When and where are the Tea party Rallies starting back up? Please dont tell me we are taking this lying down.

Obama got what he wanted.

Studies have shown that in general, voters vote for a President they think is a winner, regardless of whether or not they agree with his policies, they perceive him as a person who gets things done, and that’s why today was a huge win for Obama.

Remember, most of the electorate are morons.

There was never the possibility that the whole of Obamacare would be overturned by the court. There is a better chance for it to be completely overturned by the direct will of the people as expressed in the general election. A rump Obamacare without funding could make for much mischief.

No, Obama had already lost the election with high unemployment, high gas prices and an economic depression he oversees.

No, what we lost today is, we lost our nation. We lost our freedom. Today the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court ruled that the People of the USA can be assessed a PENALTY TAX upon failure to purchase any goods or services as required by the USA.

A Conservative future government can now require that every big city liberal own a diesel-powered 4x4 pickup truck, an over-under shotgun and 4 labrador retrievers, or pay a penalty tax for failure to do so. A liberal future government can now require that every urban liberal move to the city or pay a penalty tax for failure to do so.

Today there are no limits on totalitarian rule. So long as it is a tax, the government can demand anything and everything from the PEOPLE.

We lost what was left of our nation today, not as if we haven’t been racing toward socialism for the past 50-120 years anyway.
