The next step may be for the House to hire a special prosecutor to pursue a civil suit in the courts, as was done against Nixon, where the court ordered the administration to release tapes and documents it had tried to protect under executive privilege.

Issa talked about this today on Hannity. They are going this route and are asking that the case be expedited so it gets dealt with soon. Obama and Holder are playing rope-a-dope, hoping to get past the election. If Issa can get this expedited, he may be able to force their hand sooner.

I’m very impressed with Trey Gowdy.

SC Freepers—is there any chance that Gowdy will run for Senate against Lindsey Graham in 2014? That’s my dream.

Obama told Sarah Brady that he was working on gun control “under the radar”. Why? What does “under the radar” mean to him? How far was he willing to go to get gun control? What exactly was he being secretive about and who was he hiding it from?

It's like Obama telling Putin that he will more “flexible” after the Election regarding the dismantling of our Nuclear Deterrent Capability.

Of course Obamacare will cost so much money that we won't be able to afford to have a Nuclear Deterrent, so it's a pointless exercise.

If Obama was President during WWII, the Japanese wouldn't have worried about invading America because we would not have had a gun behind every blade of grass. I'm sure they would have bypassed Chicago. Too dangerous to go in there.

Let’s wait and see what the judge says about Justice handling of the subpoenas. I think we got ‘em there. Holder is scared shitless, that is to say all he can produce is a small poop stain. The best they hope for is dilatory. I think we got ‘em. As that mother-fletcher, ‘Mr. Heimie-town Jesse Jackson said,...”Keep hope alive.” But we must also remember ‘Hope’ is not a strategy. The vice is slowly presseing down on his scrotum and just now putting pressure on his minerals. He does not sleep well. Hell, harrassing the son-of-a-bitch is a reward in itself. But, I think we might have him.

Oh... I don't know...

I'm all for answering the door screaming hakka palle.

I am a good cook, but I'm not entirely rational when it comes to freedom.

Trey Gowdy is truly on our side. I hope that it’s just a rumor that he’s quitting politics after serving his current term.
