While Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal indeed has his followers and yes, his critics at home, he appears to fare well nationally.

Other than former Louisiana Democrat U.S. Senator John Breaux, now retired, who was a frequent face on the national tube, no other Louisiana politician has been as visable. Even Breaux, probably has been surpassed by the current Governor so far. Now, that he could be a legitimate candidate for the VP spot as Mitt Romney's running mate, it's no contest.

He not eligible to serve as POTUS so why run him for VP? They’re pushing for anyone not eligible to serve as POTUS just to prove Hussein did nothing wrong and to chip away at the US Constitution.

He needs a no-sh*t conservative from a swing state. Louisiana is already in the bag, let Jindal continue his excellent work there.

Same reason I don’t want Rubio. VP is to take the Pres’s place in an emergency. I want someone constitutionally qualified.

Got to be Allen West, veteran, smart and educated, loves his country, dedicated to liberty and freedom, a real Black man born in America with papers he is willing to show.

And most of all West is the most “our kind” of conservative in the vetting list.

the info in bayoubuzz does not provide much real meat on the subject - Jindal for V.P. - and the terms - what’s good, bad, pretty or ugly about the idea

there must be better sources

Am I the only one who wants all my favorite conservatives to stay the heck away from Mitt so they are free to oppose him? As VP, he’d have to support Mitt 100%.

The only reason I’d want one of them to be VP would be if Mitt dropped dead soon after taking office, & he looks pretty darn healthy to me.

Besides being 100% constitutionally ineligible, this dweeb is an ineffective, boring, and and timid speaker. He's supposed to be doing a great job in LA? Great! Leave'im there.

One milquetoast per ticket is plenty.

BTW, Cajuns, when your boy gonna round up the Democrat Thugs who beat up the couple leaving the State GOP Convention. Case your cops don't know who they are, tell them to research it on this site.
