Zimmerman racist narrative implodes
Legal Insurrection ^ | July 13, 2012 | Professor William A. Jacobson, esquire

It probably will not stop those who want to portray the case as racial from continuing to make claims of racial motivation in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, but the FBI has confirmed that there is no substantial evidence that George Zimmerman was racist.

Via Orlando Sentinel, FBI interviews: No evidence Zimmerman a racist

Federal civil-rights investigators interviewed dozens of George Zimmerman’s friends, neighbors and co-workers, and no one said he was a racist, records released Thursday show.

FBI agents spread out across the state, talking to three dozen people, including gun-shop employees, Zimmerman’s ex-fiancée and the Sanford police detective who led the investigation into the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black 17-year-old.

And as the Sentinel further reports, additional evidence released mostly supports Zimmeran:

The new batch of evidence includes nearly 300 pages plus police-dispatch audio and crime-scene photos. Defense attorney Mark O’Mara received it last month.

There was little new that appeared to help the state’s case. Two witnesses said they heard an argument, then the voices moved away then they heard cries for help and a gunshot.

That does not match Zimmerman’s version of events. He told police there was a very brief exchange of words, then Trayvon punched him in the nose with such force that he fell to the ground. He said the teenager climbed on top of him and began punching him and pounding his head into a sidewalk.

Most of the new evidence appeared to favor Zimmerman.

A new witness whose name was blacked out told a prosecution investigator March 27 that she saw the fight and that the person on top was the one who wound up dead.

That makes two witnesses — one from an earlier evidence release — who back up Zimmerman’s version that Trayvon had overpowered him.

The Martin family’s attorney still is pushing the racism theme:

He’s already be publicly pre-tried and pre-sentenced; all there is left is the final public execution by the *race-baiter cabal*. Justice, legalities and such Constitutional nonsense be damned.

The only reason Zimmerman is on trial is because of the power of the black mob.

They only have their "power" because we gave/give it to them by being compliantly weak. If Whites decided to stick together in the same fashion, they would end up cowering in the shadows (after the initial response to their attacks which would likely erase a bunch of them).

The Martin family’s attorney still is pushing the racism theme:

That's because he's stuck on stupid.

Watch him start pushing the prejudice against ganglanders theme, followed by prejudiced against assailants, headbashers, burglars, thieves, drugdealers, users .....

<>O’Mara stuck the bias up the judge’s ass during the last bond hearing.<>

And his Motion to Dismiss is a thing of beauty, and yet guess who comes out on CNN last night with this inane interview:

Good to know the FBI is going all out on this just like they do with every local incident... oh, wait, they don't... just with extra special ones where if Obama had a son ones and the black community is up in arms. More government corruption, hassling citizens and wasting tax dollars.

Thought you’d be interested that Trayvon’s father had his tatoo modified.

The ‘racist’ label amounts to a lynch mob, with no regard to justice.

If Zimmerman was black would this be an issue? If Martin was white would there be an issue? If Zimmerman was black and Martin was white Zimmerman would be a hero defending his community.

Zimmerman is being lynched because he isn’t significantly enough a minority, but lynched just the same.

Actually Zimmerman is black, if someone with a black grandmother is black. His grandmother was half-African and half-Peruvian Indian, so he is one-eighth black. It's just that in our system of racial categories, "Hispanic" overrides "black" so someone who is both is counted as "Hispanic" (at least in most cases). The media decided that Zimmerman was white because of his surname. Perhaps if his surname had been Hispanic the case would have been ignored.

Corey, the judge, and Bill O'Reilly all pander to the Martin family's attorney. Maybe if Zimmerman can get a different judge he will have a shot at a fair trial.

Let’s not forget the central purpose of this political trial. It is to demonize self defense and the second amendment.

Zimmerman is just the citizen they are sacrificing at the alter of injustice and anti-freedom.

The judge obviously lestered Zimmerman when he said the state had a strong case.-————————

What in Hades does ‘lestered’ mean? It’s not even close to a typo. Did your editor eat it? The sentence makes no sense to me.

The judge responded by releasing additional useless irrelevant information.

Obviously you’re not up to speed with the new English where everyone can make up their own words. /s

Judge Lester publicly showed his bias by his statements which implied that Zimmerman was guilty. Since judges are supposed to be impartial, Judge Lester lestered Zimmerman by the very act of publicly stating he thought the man was guilty or that the state had a strong case when other than the affidavit, which was a joke, no evidence had been presented. Another term would be molestered being a combination of moron and lestered.

Another word resulting from the incident is the use of trayvon to describe the killing of a thug in self defense. Trayvon was trayvoned.

They should get over it. I mean, a guy like Trayvon Martin shouldn't really be that hard to replace, you can teach crows and magpies to steal jewelry that's what one of Rossini's operas is about...

[[Same thing for the Duke lacrosse case. Same thing for Tawana Brawley.]]

Niether of them are the same- noither case had hte president personally inviolved or the FBI involved- Our dear leader is hell bent on keeping the racism angle alive and burining because our dear leader is a racist hismelf- He’s proved it in his book, he’s proved it with the professor whom he had the beer
siummit’ with, he’s proved it by being a member of a purely racist church for so many hyears, he’s proved it by his involvement and astatements he’s made abotu trayvon- thsoe other cases didn’t have a president dedicated to fuelign the racebaiting card as thsi case has

[[“The Martin family’s attorney still is pushing the racism theme]]

I had respect for them in the beginning when they were tellign the truth, because I felt for them after havign lost hteir son- however, after watchign them other cash in on the son’s name by trademarking it (WTH?) and then watchign BOTH the [parents CHANGE their stories midstream because the TRUTH that htey originally told didn’t fit in with the whole racist angle- I lost ALL respect and symapathy for them! It is VERY clear that this has becoem a fiancial incentive for them, and they ahave now compeltely crossed thel ien of human decency, and have sold their souls to the evil one for the sake of financial gain- They hd a chance to calm the crowds by calling for the crowds to simply let the law do what it had to and to accept what the law determiend i nthe end, but nope- they too are fueling the racehatred angle most likely because our dear leader has either urged them to do, or financially incentivised them to do-

If the latter is hte case, I sure hope the info gets leaked to the public REAL soon

That's because he's stuck on stupid.

They're not stupid.

They're evil.

They're whipping up a racist mob to lynch an innocent man. They'd achieve perfection with white robes, swastikas, and clenched fists.

[[Let’s not forget the central purpose of this political trial. It is to demonize self defense and the second amendment.]]

Which is EXACTLY why zimmerman’s lawyer NEEDS to vigorously attack the other side and to bring lawsuits agaisnt them when the trial is over IF the trial shows zimmerman is not guilty (whcih I seriously doubt will be the case considerign that hte judge has already tipped his hat i n the directio nthat he is leaning)

if Zim wins, then Zimmerman needs to go after thsoe whlo rrailroaded him and denied him justice while he awaited trial— and that means EVERYONE who did, in order to send a very clear message that whoever tries to thwart justice will be severely dealt with legally, and that their actions will NOT be tolorated in a society run by laws-
However, I doubt george will even opursue it should he be foudn not guilty- asnd the left will just wait for the next case in which a blsack person is killed in selfdefense by a ‘white’ person (who happens ot be hispanic, the very people that our dear leader is now tryign to court? I SWEAR our dear leader could crap on a person and convince them it is for their own good and htey would beleive it)
