When Janet Howes died suddenly 17 years ago, her devoted husband Winston decided he wanted to create a lasting tribute to her. The farmer planted thousands of oak saplings in a six-acre field – but left a heart-shaped area in the middle, with the point facing towards his wife’s childhood home.

I haven't spoken to my wife in over three months...we're not fighting...I just don't like to interrupt.

My wife treats me like an idol. She feeds me burnt offerings.

Don't get me wrong, she has great taste in men! Married 31 years and still going strong, but I still introduce her as my first wife...still, we no longer look both ways before crossing the street.
