Very early on thought the term “Afrikan” came from a forwarded copy of the Kenyan BC, possibly though the DOS. The address used on the BC would assure his grandparents received the copy.
Good posibility that legal formalities messed up the families intentions.
Regardless, the Posse has shown that HI BCs are not as valuable as a square of toilet paper.
Yeah, I’ve always thought that Great Britain had to have the information.
When you think of what an empire Britain had in the old days they must of had very strict regulations for registering vital events under their watch.
An African government alone? Eh, not so much. But Great Britain? Yeah, they have the records.
The Dr listed in Lucas BC was a neighbor of SR. (Sr family were not poor goat herders. Had some position.) His daughter is currently a judge in Kenya. She attended the same school as the missionaries I was originally told were involved in BO’s birth.
Remember a family member was employed by missionaries and Sr got his preparation and possible college financial support because of his relationship with a single missionary woman from Texas. She at least gave him employment in Kenya.
It is not an accident that Berg's original lawsuit had affidavits by missionaries supporting family testimony.
You are correct a BC would/was generated, registered by a birth at that hospital...Add to that:.The family were not a bunch of poor goat herders but were quite urbane. SADO would not have wanted to have a child in a hut without medical care...A bit spoilt.

Tim Adams affidavit, like the Ayers’ postman’s affidavit, is hearsay and is inadmissible in court, IIRC.
Adams was a low level clerk supervisor without personal access or knowledge of HI BC records. His testimony is “she said” or “they said” with no documentation.
In combination with other evidence and were he to name names as to who said what perhaps a criminal investigator or grand jury could get those folks with access to the HI archive to give sworn testimony, but that hasn’t happened, yet on the record other than HI officials issuing statements crafted by lawyers stating that there is an HI birth record.
Thanks for the ping... I’ve been requesting that Her Majesty the Queen release any files that the British Empire has in keeping regarding “Obama, jr.”. That would include information obtained in any MI6 (or then, MI5) investigations on Barack Obama, Sr. who had ties to the emerging leaders when Britain let go of their Kenyan Colony. They, no doubt, have not only information in regards to any British citizenship passed automatically from Sr., to Jr. - but, would also have more information about his mother, and her family as well. Obama’s father was a threat to the British government in Kenya. There was a specific reason the Churchill bust was removed from the White House, and that Obama and his wife were behaving ignorantly when it came to respect for the Queen and England’s customs when they visited.
Still, I would renew my calls for the Queen, and MI6 to disclose information that is vital to our nation’s national security. If the government won’t do the right thing about it, then tell the military, and then tell the people... We need some rock-hard solid backup from our allies on this one, IMO.

I should add that I have been “requesting” for the Queen and MI6 to release records - I started talking about that before Obama was even elected back in early 2008, at least.
Also, perhaps Lord Monckton III could get access to certain British documents? I would hope Sheriff Joe’s investigators spoke to him about that when they met a while back.

That would be 1971 if so. Obama Senior had a reason to be in Hawaii in 1971 to assist in some manner with the 'transfer' of his namesake son. After reviewing Indonesian laws his official paternal status would have allowed for the termination of Obama II's Indonesian citizenship and eliminated all citizenship issues with that country for the young Obama.
And if Obama senior was used a conduit to legally and cleanly transfer Obama II out of Indonesia that would have establish or re-established Kenyan citizenship.
The records all had to be touched and possible updated in 1971. Thus this may be a wormhole of records period.

No medical, educational etc can be signed by a relative unless given legal authority. If SR gave up legal authority at the time he also would have needed to be present with the BC establishing his original legal authority. If born in HI that would have been established.
It matters not whether Sr was biological son, he was father of legal record.

3c Grandparents take over rearing responsibilities.
3d Barry is removed from his mother's passport...(She no longer has custody???)
4. Barry is listed under the LoLo divorce as child.
So what are the dates of these incidences? We might be able to figure out what dates other legal documents were filed.
Logic dictates that any citizenship/guardianship issues had to be resolved by the end of this process.
The grandparents were not going to take on the responsibility without all of these items addressed.
And records people and judges can get very helpful for a child going to through the @#$@#$ like this must have been - a child getting dumped by his mother and returning to her foreign national husband in Indonesia and a (possible) father who lived half a world away and really had nothing to do with him.
So no conpiracy required here. Just a judge and/or records people trying to help a child in trouble.
Indonesia likely needed to see a Hawaii BC with both Obamas on it. That establish SR as the birth father and, according to Indonesian law, allow Obama II’s Indonesian citizenship to be legally terminated. Cutting all ties of citizenship with that troubled country.
So for at least a short period in December 1971 Obama II is 100% Kenyan in the eyes of Indonesia, Kenya and likely the US. The last since this was likely flowing threw embassies since all the parties were in Hawaii during this process. From that point Obama was either declared a refugee and legal guardianship given to the Catholic Services with custodianship going to the grandparents or guardianship was transferred directly to the grandparents. And when done SR was free to go back to Kenya and drink himself to death.
Now some will say Obama never ‘lost his US citizenship’ if he was born in Hawaii. This would be incorrect. If he were born in Hawaii he would not lose his RIGHT TO CLAIM US citizenship upon reaching majority. All 3 countries involved (Indonesia, Kenya and US) probably recognized him as 100% Indonesian between 1968 and 1971, then 100% Kenyan in 1971 and then....???????. His mother was an Indonesian Citizen according to Indonesia. So he WAS an Indonesian citizen. That is likely why he had to come off her passport in 1968. He received his own Indonesian passport and it was used traveling back and forth to the US. Remember the 1969 picture with Scott at Chritmas time. What passport did Obama travel on then? Likely Indonesian. There is NO proof or evidence of him being on a US passport in 1969. In fact, there is specific evidence that he WAS NOT on any any US passport in 1969 - the record showing the removal off his mothers US passport in 1968.
So the question is what passport did Obama II use between late 1968 and 1971 when entering the US? If you are a US citizen it better be a US passport. If Obama entered the US in 1969 during the trip with the photo of Scott with an Indonesian passport that would show he definitely was not a US citizen at the time. And thus he would have had to ‘naturalize’ to regain his US citizenship. And a ‘naturalized’ citizen is not a ‘natural born Citizen’.
Records from 1968 to 1972, especially passport and INS records would interesting and fill in a lot of gaps.
At times I think 1961 is honey pot to keep the bees away from the more telling period.

Family, friends, grandparents NO ONE can take on education and medical responsibility by themselves. It must be done legally though the courts system. If you even leave your child for a week or two you should leave a notorized letter transfering medical guardianship to their caretaker in case of emergency...On the long term, it must be done through the court.
Yelp....Citizenship goes back to the Hague. Any country that does not allow joint citizenship will be considered the sole country of citizen. Indonesia did not allow joint citizenship....Case closed. So if he was a citizen of Indonesia..He was a citizen of Indonesia NOT joint of Kenya, or US.
Have you seen Sven’s post that he naturalized in 83? Sven has said where but I’m certainly in no position to check it out and he won’t/can’t provide documentation.
