Cleansing the palate of an unpleasant Islamist flavor

After posting two disconcerting re-blogs yesterday about the culture of rape enjoyed by our Islamist brethren and about the extent to which Englishmen have been deprived of their freedoms in order to appease increasing numbers of violent Islamists infesting England, I awoke this morning in need of a restorative. I had dreamed about it -- this -- last night:

I can't embed the video here, so here is a link

Civilized people can behave that way with each other and when they do it is beautiful.

I do not for even a split nanosecond mean to suggest that we sing to our Islamist brethren

And there’s a hand,

my trusty fiere!

and gie's a hand o’ thine!

And we’ll tak a right gude-willy waught,

for auld lang syne.

Those who are out to destroy what remains of our civilization will not give us their hands no matter how nicely we ask or even beg; that has been tried and has not worked. They were not and have not become our trusty friends. Contrary to the fantasies of naive multiculturalists, those who seek to destroy us exist, are fruitful and are multiplying. By no means multiculturalists themselves, they are also succeeding.

This sort of stuff has not succeeded:

Unfortunately, we can't buy the world a home and "furnish it with love." Nor can we give the world freedom, justice, beauty, truth, peace or other treasures the values of which are beyond measure. More valuable than gold, they are not treasures capable of being given. They are fragile and far more easily destroyed than attained. They must be worked for, earned and preserved. We can usefully assist in the process only if a foundation already exists. Even then, we can neither compel nor ensure the process. Nor will our civilization endure if we continue trying to give such treasures away as though they were mere gold while unilaterally deeming our enemies to be our friends. By trying to do so we diminish our own stores, not only of gold but of treasures far more valuable. We may briefly increase the recipients' stores of gold but will not provide the real treasures we wish them to have but can't give them.

Rather, those who desire that our own civilization be preserved and restored to its foundations and hence to its former greatness must join hands in making that happen. Failure to succeed must be seen as death.

This was not success. It merely postponed and worsened the inevitable.

We have a big problem which too few see. It is getting worse.

A totally thorough Crusade would address the problem head on.
