First came the renewed effort to push the Law of the Sea Treaty. Then came the push to institute worldwide gun-control laws in violation of the 2nd Amendment. And now, believe it or not, the United Nations is pushing to legalize prostitution throughout the world.

Get those pimps out of the USA.
Who needs the U.N.? Prostitutes, queers, communists, islamofascists, abortionists and traitors. Decent, normal people don’t.
When I clicked on the article I thought I was going to read the UN is moving out of NY to Amsterdam or Copenhagen where they could get legal prostitutes. My mistake, damn it.
State sovereignty won’t protect us from God’s judgment.
If a state is immoral enough to allow such perversion, the others will have to either reign them in or face the consequences.
“We have no government armed with the power capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and true religion. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” - John Adams
To ensure an effective, sustainable response to HIV that is consistent with human rights obligations:3.2. Countries must reform their approach towards sex work. Rather than punishing consenting adults involved in sex work, countries must ensure safe working conditions and off er sex workers and their clients access to effective HIV and health services and commodities. Countries must:3.2.1 Repeal laws that prohibit consenting adults to buy or sell sex, as well as laws that otherwise prohibit commercial sex, such as laws against immoral earnings, living off the earnings of prostitution and brothel-keeping. Complementary legal measures must be taken to ensure safe working conditions to sex workers.
3.2.2 Take all measures to stop police harassment and violence against sex workers.
3.2.3 Prohibit the mandatory HIV and STI testing of sex workers.
3.2.4 Ensure that the enforcement of anti-human-trafficking laws is carefully targeted to punish those who use force, dishonesty or coercion to procure people into commercial sex, or who abuse migrant sex workers through debt bondage, violence or by deprivation of liberty. Anti-human-trafficking laws must be used to prohibit sexual exploitation and they must not be used against adults involved in consensual sex work.
Eliminate mandatory HIV/STI testing???? Are they INSANE???
y’all might be interested in this.
In other words, taxpayers must ensure safe working conditions, etc.
So, let’s see if I understand. States are free to make their own laws unless you disagree, in which case they are no longer protected by the Constitution. Land of the Free indeed....
How bizarre. Given the inherently risky nature of their work, I would have thought that mandatory STI/HIV testing was a no brainer. There are plenty of other professions that have a requirement for regular testing of some form or another for the safety of the public - why not this profession?
Sounds like another rainbows and unicorns pipe dream from a committee.
Is it legal in Las Vegas?
Whenever I hear ‘consensual sex’ worker I know that the person stating such is an idiot. They don’t know prostitutes or the origins of their lives.
“States are free to make their own laws unless you disagree, in which case they are no longer protected by the Constitution. Land of the Free indeed....”
No, not unless I disagree. Unless GOD disagrees.
Again: Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. - John Adams
The Constitution is not a license to rebel against the One Who moved those Founders to start this nation. He started us, and He can *finish us* if we rebel against Him.
The road of legalized prostitution, drugs, porn, “free sex” and every evil known to man only leads to tyranny. Not freedom.
Stop financial support of the UN and
tell them to get out of the US.
Tax it. license it, regulate it....Control it.
