A growing number of alternative media publications are now claiming that an unidentified man in an October 2011 photograph of an Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protester getting carted off by law enforcement officials in New York is of none other than the Colorado Killer, James Holmes.

I suppose but, AFAIK, there is zero proof that he was. Lot's of speculation that is recycled endlessly on the Net and referred to as NEWS.
It's not news. It's speculation.
It could only be him and the only possibility is that Obama and Holder removed the record or Holmes’ arrest prior to the Colorado shooting.
We know he was under treatment for schizophrenia ~ so what’s new? Is it really news that another nut case was involved in OWS ~ remember, Nancy Pelosi spoke highly of them so that should have clued everybody in on the secret.

There’s no proof he was physically connected with OWS.
But his murderous deeds are the natural outworking of the same naturalistic, godless philosophy as that which gives rise to OWS. This philosophy denies the intrinsic value of human life.
