At a Jerusalem fundraiser on Monday, Republican candidate Mitt Romney told his Jewish donors exactly what he thinks of the 'Palestinians' (Hat Tip: Memeorandum).
"As you come here and you see the GDP per capita, for instance, in Israel which is about $21,000, and compare that with the GDP per capita just across the areas managed by the Palestinian Authority, which is more like $10,000 per capita, you notice such a dramatically stark difference in economic vitality," the Republican presidential candidate told about 40 wealthy donors who ate breakfast at the luxurious King David Hotel.
Romney said some economic histories have theorized that "culture makes all the difference."
"And as I come here and I look out over this city and consider the accomplishments of the people of this nation, I recognize the power of at least culture and a few other things," Romney said, citing an innovative business climate, the Jewish history of thriving in difficult circumstances and the "hand of providence." He said similar disparity exists between neighboring countries, like Mexico and the United States.
The 'Palestinians' are seething in response.
"It is a racist statement and this man doesn't realize that the Palestinian economy cannot reach its potential because there is an Israeli occupation," said Saeb Erekat, a senior aide to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

palis are a made up name for arabs living in judea and samaria (and anybody else like butt boy arafat who was actually egyptian). the romans renamed them to palastine after the jewish revolt in order to sever jewish ties to the land. the closest thing to a pali state is jordan but they pissed off the jordanians so badly, the jordanians forceably removed them. the palis are collectively the most useless, worthless bipdeal creatures on the planet.

What about the Arab Islamic nations where their economies are NOT under Israeli “occupation”?
Why does Israel produce innovative science and products and military hardware while they produce nothing but oil?
When Israel pulled out of gaza, Jewish organizations from Israel, USA, and around the world actually set up the means for the Egyptians there to support themselves. Those resources were immediately destroyed by the residents.
Anybody could have predicted this... It's happened every time there's a public housing project in the US, and within just a few years it will have fallen into disrepair. Give it a few more years, and there will be a new public housing plan that begins with the demolition of the old public housing project. Combine this with the hatred fostered my both the muslim and arab world against Israel, and the destruction was completed within just a few days. The main product exported by gaza are rockets launched to kill Jews and Israelis. The palis have been "bred" as cannon-fodder in the muslim and arab war against Jews and Israel, subsidized by the UN, US, and the rest of the Western world. Very little from the arab or muslim world though, I believe.

He has it backwards. It's only 10k because the Israelis have created jobs for the Palestinians. Without Israel, the Palestinian's economy would be indistinguishable from Syria's or Jordan's (2.5K and 5K respectively).
Or their own, if it helps the cause...
And their "leaders" have been pouring all the aid into their personal Swiss bank accounts.
