As November gets closer, with few options open to him, Barack Obama has elected to gamble that he can walk on a very narrow plank to victory. In May when Obama “evolved” back to being for Gay “marriage” he was taking a calculated risk.
He knew, or should have known, that he would face a strong backlash from his African American base. When the backlash came, was a lot stronger than anyone would have expected.
In 2008 Blacks flocked to the polls to vote for Obama at a 95% rate. That surge was enough put him over the top and win election.
Nevertheless, this year things are very different. Gay marriage has lost 32 public votes without a single victory and shows no signs of being backed by a majority of Americans in general and African Americans in particular.
African American ministers are not just disappointed with Obama, they are furious with him over his newly “evolved” position.
To make things worse for Obama he has stubbornly refused to even meet with Rev. William Owens a powerful leader in the Black Church who wants answers. It has now been a full month since Rev. Owens requested a White House meeting with the president and so far he has been ignored.
Democrats double down on Gay marriage
The Democrat National Committee has announced it will include support for Gay marriage as one of the center piece issues it will give Obama to run on. There is now no way to turn this around.
If the Democrats back down on this issue they will lose Gay money and further depress their already unenthusiastic Leftist base. If they don’t back down they will feel a backlash… Two separate polls ….20% of Black vote …. Romney…

The foreign national screwed up by comparing sodomy to civil rights. A lot of blacks were disgusted by that.
One political truth - no parent or future parent wants their kid to be gay. Democrats miss that.

They’re either lying to the pollsters or to themselves. 20% of black America is not voting for Romney even if he was running unopposed. They may not do so as enthusiastically as they did in 2008 but they are still going to vote for Obama.
Sadly though the race card will win out and they’ll vote for him even though he’s a half-rican American. Since he has shown so much support for the GLBT’s (gilberts) do you suppose that he will support the folks at NAMBLA next? Pray for us now in our hour of need. The clownmander-in-chief needs pink slipped in Nov.

If they made that movie today, they would have to take out the line about “steers and queers”. Due to repeal of Don’t Ask / Don’t Tell, the sergeant couldn’t bait the recruits with such statements.
The latest stats revealed that 65% of Dems overall support “gay marriage,” so I don’t think it was much of a risk at all.
The Dems who are opposed to it will vote against “gay marriage” if that specific issue comes up (for example, in a state referendum) but will vote for the Dem candidate anyway in the general elections.
Being a Dem trumps their loyalty to any other values. In the case of blacks, they see being black and being a Dem as synonymous, so they’ll vote for him no matter how many of them may be “personally opposed” to “gay marriage.”
They’ll vote for the Marxist because they have no pride and rather live off the government. That’s what it all boils down to. They’d rather live as boys then men and until someone gets the balls to tell the black community exactly that to their face over and over, tell them the truth, nothing is even going to begin to change. But of course anytime someone opens their mouth even remotely on that subject, screams of racism erupt.

Ironically, the legitimately America negro part of Barak Hussein Obama comes from a black slave many generations ago, and that was on his mother’s side of the ‘family’.
The rest of Bammy is foreign, from genes to acculturation.
Unfortunately getting them to believe the “truth” is the real kicker. algores tv could televise a live event with some really crude things being done and those that only believe in the numero uno would still deny it was him or that he had good intentions. Sad, sad, sad. Give some more of that government milk and cheese please. LOL!
