Interestingly, the University of Arizona Student Code of Conduct has an explicit prohibition against what Smith did ('videotaping' without permission for rebroadcast). But nonesuch for faculty, unfortunately.

I just wrote both the General Manger of the company and the Dean at the college to let them know what a fine representative they had in Mr. Smith. I'm guessing that I'm not the first they've heard from by the way his info is disappearing from the Web. We need to bookmark Vante and Eller to see if he reappears in a couple of weeks.
