Sadly, you couldn't be more right. And some of the perfumed princes know as brass are helping those bastards do it.
“I can see it now. Before going into battle in their Chevy Volts, they will send forward a line of biodiesel charging stations, one every 1/8 of a mile just to be on the safe side.”
That is ludicrous unless there’s an amendment to the Geneva Convention and UN rules that provide for a cease fire on both sides during re-charge times.
On second thought.......
“At least a K-5 could do about any task short of flying or swimming. “
They were easy to roll burning doughnuts in the median though.
I didn't know that. I did know this though. They did not like standing water on the road. With the factory spec tires on them they were bad to hydroplane. I owned an automatic first. It was full time 4WD and I left it that way. On those some people put lockout kits on them. What they didn't know was the rear drive shaft on a full time 4WD was smaller in diameter. That mattered considerably if you were pulling loads. My second one was a 4 speed straight with lockouts. Neither one left me sitting when it came to terrain, mud, ice, or snow.
Would you like me to shoot you in the head with a .357 Magnum....... or a 20 gauge slug?
his will be a great staff car for the generals and admirals. Theyll run out of power and the admirals and generals will miss their meetings. Think of how productivity will soar with all these dipstick flag officers stuck by the side of the road!
Having served in the Armed Forces, and having the...joy of working with Senior staff, I’d have to say in many cases your statement about increased productivity is true.
perhaps the Volt will be the designated homosexual vehicle.
Yesss!...and we can feed the Troops with 5 gallons of water....one ton of sawdust..... and one chicken bouillon cube!
