I had no idea that it wasn’t illegal... Seems like a sensible action, especially considering how much it could be abused now that the cat is out of the bag.. ‘Would you mind signing this petition? Mitt Romney wants to end all foodstamps, and we want to see if the state might be able to take over the program. We don’t know why Republicans are doing this, but they plan on enacting it right after they win the election...’
