In order to acquire money legally, be in through a job, state or federal benefits, or anything, one MUST have a valid photo ID.
The only way you get money without a picture ID is through non-legal/criminal avenues.
Is Maher saying that all Black people are getting money illegally? That’s pretty bad...

Per the instructions, one of these documents is necessary:
CA ID card
CA drivers licence
passport
birth certificate
The birth certificate is the key to getting the other three documents.
If somebody is old enough to have no living older relatives that can vouch for their age
and
was born at home
Then they will not have even a birth certificate- at most they will have a baptism certificate.
There was a time when that was sufficient to prove age, and the person could open bank accounts and get driving licences et cetera.
I know from experience, my mother in law was bornthe on 1916 and pre-dated these new requirements and due to ill health and reclusiveness didn’t keep up with the changes.
We had no end of trouble when she had go move across country and establish bank accounts and rent an apartment.
All she ever had was the baptism certificate.

Well, because Democrats keep telling us, it must be true - black and old people are stupid and have no photo ID, no electricity, eating dog food, riding buses, etc.

Why is he aiming this at the blacks.The Mexicans are larger than them.It’s easy to get a voter ID.All they have to do is ask for one..I think Maher should give another Mil to his president and help these people out.I spoke with a few blacks on Monday and today.They feel Obama let them down.50 percent will vote for him again and a few are staying home.
Under future TSA regulations they’ll need photo ID to take the bus.

Whenever people like Maher try to defend blacks and other minorities, the charges of racism always points back at them, since, in all cases, blacks and other minorities are always painted as dumb and helpless, and can’t be counted on to get even the simplest of tasks accomplished, like, getting a simple ID card before voting. The real racists in the U.S. are those that keep insisting that, their constituency is so brainless and incapable, that, government needs to take care of them, every step of the way, from cradle to grave. That turns those people into dummies and dependents of state, which in essence says that, blacks and minorities are quite incapable. What could be more racist than that? Yet, it must be true that, blacks and other minorities must be dummies, because, they can’t see where the true discrimination and racism is coming from.
