I am surprised this has not been a term coined before- it is way too easy.
Under Obama we have all the failures of Socialism, combined with all the corruption and greed of Crony Capitalism, "Obamunism"
He buys votes by giving away money on idiotic social programs, illegal aliens, big bank donors, and he gets campaign donations from 'green energy' and other businesses whose primary purpose seems to be going bankrupt within a year and flushing away billions of dollars.
All while the media propagandists talk up how wonderful all this is, and how we should have more of it.
This should be the central talking point of the GOP campaigns. ALL ELSE falls from this central idea.
I’ve never heard of the term until now. But if you Google it, there are even products for sale using the term. Great minds thing alike.
When a environmental group can litigate in such a manner then when a court rules in its favor, the EPA pays their legal fees, and we find out that the EPA really wanted the group to win in order to advance a policy the EPA really wanted all along, we now have CRONY NGOs to play at taxpayer expense along with crony capitalists and crony socialists.

I freely admit I did NOT make up the term (if you want to claim credit for it, fine by me)- It just fits so well, I am surprised it is not used all over
