The crucifixion of opponents to Muhammad Mursi in front of the presidential palace is a story that went viral; it was initiated by Arabic Sky News and created much buzz; it is now being challenged by many as another Christian legend. World Net Daily brought in a YouTube video to show that the original article existed which one journalist, Jonathan Kay of the National Post discounted as not enough evidence. One of Kays reasons for dismissing the story was that:
the story doesnt just allege that a crucifixion has taken place somewhere in Egypt: It alleges that multiple crucifixions have taken place in front of the presidential palace. That would be the equivalent of, say, mass lynchings taking place in front of the White House, or a giant gang rape taking place in front of Ottawas Centennial Flame fountain.
By this, Kay forces an insane comparison in which he compares the White House to Egypts Presidential Palace ruled by Mursi, an Islamist.

There seems to be a bunch of Doubting Thomas’s around here.
Dunno,I have several friends over there in egypt,a few that are american. They say the story is fake and we chat on facebook almost daily.
Seems like there would be a lot more photo evidence of it.
Everyone carries a cell phone...the whole uprising was caught in cell phone photo and clips.
Yep, denying the history of Islamists.
Do we have “proof”? No, but lots of smoke.
Do we have proof of genocides? Yes, they were involved in that long before Hitler. And let me remind you they were allies of Hitler. Many think the Mutaffi was the force behind the extermination camps.
We are going to see some event before the November election where the Left will try to “Wag the Dog”. At this point enought is none about Obozo and his minions that no sane person will buy the lie.
I'm calling the story bogus...and thought it was bogus from the begining.
OK—this should be a no brainer—No pictures —it didn’t happen. In front of the Presidents palace? There should be 100s of images—Hey, how long does it take to die that way—Hours if not days— I say its fake! OK you can say a lot of terrible things about Muslims, and yes, some are true, but Not this time.
