I hate the networks and their reporters.
I loathe them.
I despise them.
Strong letter to follow.
Jake Tapper said that the media is failing the country.
A lot of people are hurting out there. Unemployment is 8.3 percent. That doesnt even take into account the underemployed, he said, arguing that too much time has been spent not talking about the economy.
Tapper also criticized the media for not giving enough attention to the war in Afghanistan.
"We are spending a lot of time in the last few weeks, those of us in the political world, political journalists and also politicians, talking about things other than the economy," said Tapper. "[A] lot of people are hurting out there. Id like to see more action taken and more emphasis given to this issue.
Tapper also said he relates to Mark Halperin's recent comments about the media. Over the weekend, Halperin said, "I think the press still likes this story a lot, the media is very susceptible to doing what the Obama campaign wants, which is to focus on this."
"I have said before [that I] thought the media helped tip the scales. I didnt think the coverage in 2008 was especially fair to either Hilary Clinton or John McCain," Tapper said.
Tapper is one of a less than a handful of relatively honest journalists remaining in the legacy media. It has gotten so bad that an honest person cannot tolerate watching the news, whether it's reporters being told what to ask and their legs tingling while they obey
The reporters mostly made no effort to hide the arrangement. The president invited me to talk about sequestration, NBC 7 San Diegos reporter told her audience. In the interview, she set Obama up with a perfectly pitched softball the president couldnt have been more eager to take a swing at:
or it's Brian Williams bowing to Obama
or it's Obama spending half a million taxpayer stimulus funds on Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann (fortunately, that's a colossal waste of money)

Unemployment is not at 8.3%, it is much higher. 8.3% represents only the number of people who are actively receiving unemployment assistance. It does not count the huge number of high school and college graduates who have yet to find their first job, it does not count the people who have run out their unemployment benefits, and it does not count the self-employed whose businesses have failed in the past four years.
The government’s own U-6 (total) unemployment figure was FIFTEEN PERCENT for July 2012.
Stop believing the lies from the media!!!!!
Does it include those folks who have sat around on their arounds for the last 99 weeks and now their unemployment is over so they’re applying for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or (assuming they worked long enough) Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)?
The overwhelming majority of these ‘reporters’, ‘media pundits, and ‘consultants’ are 100% invested in the Democrat Party line. They eat, sleep, and cavort together. They are the only people they know.
They quietly know what the problem is and how horribly inept and/or evil our President is. But they are ‘invested’. Their entire lives, social and professional are invested in having to prop this idiot up - prolong the lie, stave off the eventual reckoning. What else can they do? They have parties to go to, appearances on TV to show how useful they are, and on and on and on and on.
They are useful for only one thing, to gain power, and to maintain power long enough until it is irretrievably consolidated. Beyond that, they are about as useful as tits on a male bulldog - toothless and useless.....first thing that happens to people like this in an absolute dictatorship is that they get whittled down to a very select few.....ever see the series “V”?
SSI is a general fund expenditure but is administered by SSA - usually takes kids to get but welfare just the same. SSDI is an SSA expenditure and is largely denied outright, but daytime TV lawyers usually end up getting it for you in court.. Both comprise about 1/4 all SSA expenditures.
I believe last month was the first these two categories outstripped applications for unemployment...there isn’t enough money to keep this up for even 4 more years.
Obama and his henchmen are pulling out all the stops - advertising SNAP benefits, TANF changes to work definitions, etc. And, he is substantively helping these ‘only 1 million’ poor little kids brought here by their parents to qualify (a very loose undocumented standard now) for citizenship.
Add to that the 110 million on TANF, SNAP, WICs, EITC, AFDC, Obamaphone, Obama Utilities, Section 8 and you have a financial catastrophe in the making.
Anyone hazard to guess what’s gonna happen when these people don’t get their checks (electronic, certificate, or otherwise)?
They'll go steal sneakers? Burn their own houses down?
They have to be defeated utterly.
