Thanks again! When I did gymnastics it was called Stunts & Tumbling. That tells you how long ago that was. LOL We encourage gymnastics because it keeps the body strong and she loves it. She is very competitive and this is perfect for her.
Good luck with your gymnastics! I’m sure you will accomplish what you set out to accomplish. You sound as dedicated as my granddaughter!
Nah, not gymnastics for me - yoga. Those are all yoga moves that this 50 year old body is trying to learn. I’m thinking it might have been easier if I had started say 30 years ago, but I started now, and that’s better than 20 years from now :)
I didn’t know you were 50. I’m 57 and I’m trying to do some simple yoga also. I did advanced yoga as a young adult but haven’t lately until I injured my sciatic nerve from a fall on ice. I landed on the small of my back and can barely walk at times due to the back pain, hip pain and sharp pains in my feet. I’m hoping the stretches will work because if they don’t it’s shots in the back. :-( I told the Doc that I would get back with him on the shots. He said my joints look great and he couldn’t find any age related arthritis so it’s just the back injury I have to deal with. Some days are good and some are bad.
