Can some clever graphic artist create something like this in order to draw attention to Obama's need to shrink and miniaturize his convention venue so as to avoid embarrassment?

sorry, I’m definitely not a graphic artist, but all I keep thinking of is the little people in “The Wizard of Oz” as being appropriate perhaps? After all, they listen to a false wizard who give them made-up advice and they have fairies all over the place...
