The trouble is that our elected representatives have too much to worry about to go into the the details of a proof that the certificate was forged. Such hot issues as who can they persuade to contribute to their election war chest and what cocktail party will they attend tonight are much bigger issues to worry about.

Also, the font of the last digit is different from the other digits.
“This is only one example,” the Israelis concluded after examining the birth certificate number. “Many more examples can be discovered by examining magnified document with full page view of the document.”
Conclusion: deception whereby Obama's birf certificate was altered by software.

We do have a Constitution, don’t we? Or, are you saying it’s irrelevant?
I hate to paint our representatives with a broad brush but I do see the Constitution irrelevant when they put their selfish interests first rather than duty to country. I suspect this behavior is quite prevalent, judging how little the Constitution even gets mentioned.
Several years ago we had a discussion of Israel interests in Kenya, Mombasa IIRC, that was most interesting at the time. This would have been about Israeli influence during the transition from British rule to independence in the early 1960s.
I think it was on the Bomford long thread, but haven’t dug it out of there yet. Still sifting.
In light of this week’s international events re: Bibi and Barry, and also the buzz from this post, I would like to re-read that discussion.
