Clothing stores in particular are a major turn-off for straight people, especially straight people with school aged kids.

Just as you wouldn't park a car in a neighborhood famous for dealing drugs and having turf wars, you wouldn't have your kid try on clothes in a store which enthusiastically markets to sexual deviants.
