There is no constitutional right for Saudi Arabia to build muslim colonies in the US. Congress can easily shut off the money flow.

There is no right to preach violence. The first time an imam preaches jihad, shut the mosque down.

Despite the rulings of a couple of Leftists judges, there is no Constitutional right to a parallel sharia law system either. Congress can pass legislation to preclude judges from allowing implementation.

States can ban the teaching of all things muslim in public schools.

Actually, there is. The Supreme Court has held that the government cannot prohibit speech that advocates violence, unless that speech constitutes an incitement to imminent lawless action. Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969).
