Another Question Romney Needs To Ask

The Romney campaign, tearing a page out of the Reagan playbook, often asks, "Are you better off than you were four years ago ?" It's a magnificent question and just as relevant as it was during the 1980 Massacre. But there's something that should be added to that very important question:

"Will you be better off four years from now if Obama gets another term ?"

It's a fair question, really.

The American economy has become an utter disaster. Unemployment is at 8.1 %, with the rate only dropping because thousands have given up looking for work. (Currently 23 million are out of work.) Gas prices have doubled since Chairman Obama flubbed his oath of office during the 2009 Coronation. Food prices have gone through the roof and the threat of Zimbabwe-like hyperinflation looms with every phony dollar the Federal Reserve prints. The US is currently $16 trillion dollars in debt and that figure will only get worse when Obamacareless, the largest boondogle in human history has been fully inflicted on the American people.

Things aren't much better on the national security side of things, either. Sure, Osama bin Laden is out of the game, but we're not any safer, not by a long shot. Under the Obama administration/circus, only dumb luck prevented hundreds, if not thousands, of Americans from being killed by the Times Square bomber and the Underwear Bomber. While the Department of Homeland Security was looking into the dangers of "right-wing extremism", it ignored the relationship between al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awaki and a US Army major named Nidal Hassan, who promptly went on to shoot up Fort Hood in the name of Allah. The war in Afghanistan has become a quagmire, not through any fault of the troops, but because Chairman Obama has treated it as if it were just another government program. While our Dear Leader was helping the Muslim Brotherhood (which is up to its eyeballs in the assaults on US embassies and consulates in North Africa and the Middle East) take over Libya, Islamonazi Iran has gotten closer to acquiring nuclear weapons.

If you're living in a border state, things certainly haven't gotten any better in the last four years, nor will they in the future. Arizona ranchers are being attacked on their land by illegal aliens, much like the way Afrikaner farmers are being attacked in South Africa. The city of Phoenix has become one of the kidnapping capitals of the world, thanks to illegal immigration and the criminal element it brings. What was Chairman Obama's answer to this mess ? Amnesty, without any input from CONgress, and arming Mexican drug cartels with Operation Fast and Furious.

As far as social issues go, religious persecution has become the norm. The Democrat party has made it perfectly clear that believing Christians and Jews are not welcome in the utopia that they're trying to build by booing God and Jerusalem at the convention. Maximum Leader Obama's Department of Health and Human Services has demanded that Catholic institutions pay for birth control through an unconstitutional mandate. Failed Messiah Obama said on record that it would better if Israel shrunk down to its indefensible 1967 borders. Obama sycophants Boston mayor Tom Menino and Chicago mayor Rahm Emmanuel tried to vilify Chick fil-a and its CEO Dan Cathy for correctly stating that homosexual "marriage" is an affront to God. At this rate, one can only wonder if lions and blood thirsty crowds are around the corner.

As of this writing, Obama's shills in the arrogant and lazy media have manufactured a small four point lead over Mitt Romney in many polls. Now, I'm no high powered GOPe political consultant, and I know the debates are around the corner, but the Romney campaign and the Sit-Down-When-They-Pee-GOP-E needs to cut out the "he's a nice guy" crap and start fighting the good fight or grandchildren will be asking their grandparents "Was there ever a time when we were better off ?"

This last week has my hackles up and a pervasive feeling of foreboding shrouding my world.

Nobody's paying attention. The Usurper *told* us what he was going to do:

"I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

There's nothing equivocal or ambiguous in that statement. And it renders the question of whether he's a practicing Mohammedan moot. The only thing he didn't tell us was that ~HE~ was going to be the one shifting the wind.

This "thing" called Islam is not now, nor has it ever been a religion. It is a sociopathic, anti-religious, anti-cultural, anti-scientific, anti-human political cult.

And there's no such thing as a "moderate." There are only those who are open and closeted sleepers waiting for their opportunity.
