MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. -- Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio isnt happy with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Sheriff Arpaio said in a press release Friday that agents from ICE refused to take into custody two suspected illegal immigrants who were found in the desert this week.
On Thursday, MCSO deputies came across five suspected illegal immigrants while conducting a drug interdiction operation

MCSO has a helicopter. They should use it.
Cant we round up illegals, have a judge approve the removal, and take them to the border with a kick in the ass?
Start charging them with murder for random unsolved murders. If they cannot provide ID or an alibi then that’s too bad. That fits the violent crimes exception Obama made up.
Or a pumpkin cannon...
Sherrif Arpaio and his men need to round up, handcuff
and incarcerate all the ICE agents that wander through
his county on charges of dereliction of duty.
The big ones flung(flanged) dead horses over castle walls.
Good to see that people keep up with the classics.
O think in all seriousness that, as others have said, they should be bussed to DC and cut loose at the White House. And video every trip for You Tube. Then deduct the cost from the tax remittance states pay to the Fedgov.
Arpaio is under no obligation to release them in AZ.
It would add jobs too ;)
No wonder everyone is coming here, with the right document fraud all will be granted stay of 2 years, to be repeated every 2 years. Obamadreamers !
In addition to suing Obama, King also mulled introducing a bill that would repeal everything Obama has signed into law
WASHINGTON The National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council and its affiliated local associations recently issued a letter announcing its unanimous 250-0 vote of no confidence in ICE Director John Morton and Assistant Director Phyllis Coven, claiming Department of Homeland Security leadership has little regard for the safety of Americans.
Calling ICE leaderships policies, misguided and reckless the Council said ICE management has abandoned the agencys core mission of enforcing United States immigration laws and providing for public safety, and have instead directed their attention to campaigning for policies and programs related to amnesty.
senator jeff sessions, r-alaUpon learning about an ICE agent, who has not been identified, receiving a Notice of Proposed Suspension for arresting a 35-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, Sen. Jeff Sessions, R- Ala., weighed in on the matter by sending a letter expressing serious concern to ICE Director John Morton.
Sessions noted the ICE agent arrested an individual he observed entering the vehicle of an alien wanted for criminal activity in Newark, Del.
Although the agent determined the individual was a 35-year-old illegal alien with 10 previous convictions for traffic violations, including driving without a license, a memorandum by Assistant Field Office Director David ONeill stated the agent was told to release the detained alien even though he was in the country illegally.
When the agent refused, he was threatened with a three-day suspension.
Sessions wrote, It is my understanding that the acting field director advised the criminal alien that he would be let go because he was not a presidential priority.
The actions that it appears were taken by your agency send a message to agents in the field that they will be punished for doing their duty and enforcing the law, said Sessions. Nothing could be more damaging to the rule of law or agent morale.
Sessions stated, According to a spokesperson for Newark Police Department, an American stopped on the same charges as the criminal alien would have been put in jail. Federal law enforcement should certainly not be giving illegal aliens more preferential treatment than is afforded American citizens.
He stated, Your agencys apparent treatment of the criminal alien sends the troubling message that the demands of public safety are trumped by the desire for reduced deportations of those deemed not presidential priorities.

put them in a truck and drive them to down town Burbank or San francisco
if ICE won’t take them out of the country... then it must be perfectly ok to drop them wherever you want
besides, I’m sure they’d love the free trip to California
ICE is only being their ineffective and malfeasance selves doing Obama's bidding.
Sounds like time to apply the “Endangered Species Act” solution: Shoot and shovel. . . .

I love this idea, we need to convince Joe it is a good idea.
I would love to see the news media try to explain why all these illegals are showing up on Barry’s front step all of a sudden.....
And I’m presuming that you can provide the code that a County Sheriff’s Office could use to that effect? This place sounds more like Jr. High every day.
You mean murder. No charge for the correction.
Drive them to the border and point them south.
