Highlights of the latest news...
A video posted by MundoNarco gives figures of 90,000 people dead and 300,000 missing. Note it is in Spanish. (Editor comment: These figures are based on a known count, but likely omits those where an entire family disappears and is killed, and there is no one to report it. Or when survivors choose not to report it out of fear.) http://youtu.be/ilJKJ6EA0_c
The Deputy Chief of the Municipal police was assassinated at about 8:30 pm on his way home from work Tuesday night. This now makes three officers killed in recent weeks, with the other two being 2 female officers whose bodies were dumped on the road between Torreon and Saltillo.
VALLE DE CHALCO, STATE OF MEXICO* Three bodies were found inside a patrol vehicle for this municipality. The officer and a woman were decapitated and dismembered, and the other body was the officers brother. All had been shot several times. A second report says the attorney generals office is investigating if these are connected to other officer deaths, and officers missing. A nearby town has reported finding dismembered and beheaded bodies there.

Want to be stunned???? Read this article about the comments by another Obama mouthpiece!
[snip]One of the great bipartisan accomplishments of the last generation, some would say the greatest accomplishment, Republicans and Democrats alike, was restoring the rule of law to the U.S.-Mexican border, Bersin said.
That way we get to appear to be kind to them and at the same time we can get them out of the way.
Now, how to adjust mexico to make it able to accept their people back ~ obviously kill all the narcotrafficantes, but not so obviously remove the American dope market from existence ~ may well involve the same solution but it's their problem, not mine.
Are there other actions that can be taken between now and December 21, the start of winter?
And politicians on both sides would love to give these criminals Amnesty.
Mexico is a major mess
Pardon the libertarian rant, but this is why we need to legalize drugs. Two many innocent bystanders are getting hurt.
