Who Could Possibly Be "Undecided?"
The Silent Majority ^ | 09-26-12 | J.D. Longstreet

I don't get it. How could any sentient American, after nearly four years of the reign of Obama, be "undecided" just 5 weeks before the election? How is that even possible?

I don't buy it. I think they have already decided and just want the attention.

Maybe not.

It smacks more of the MsM's drive to depress GOP voters and convince republicans to stay home on election day than it does of the truth.

But then -- what is truth?

In a country as plugged-in and wired as America, it just seems impossible for anyone to have as much information heaped upon them as the residents of this country and manage to remain undecided this late in the presidential campaign. I think the bumper sticker imprinted with "If you are still undecided, then you aren't paying attention" has more than a little merit.

The so-called undecided voters scare the heck out of me! They are said to be the "swing" voters this election cycle and that ought to worry everyone. They are said to be less partisan and less engaged. Neither condition creates any confidence in me, anyway, that these people will wind up being informed voters. That is even more frightening.

It is worrisome for me that the election could hinge on how these less engaged voters mark their ballots. I can visualize them standing in the voting booth, pencil in hand, saying: eenie, meenie, minee, moe ... ! Like I said -- it scares the heck out of me!

Another name for these undecideds is "low information" voters. Huh? How is that even possible in America today. We have a President who only stopped campaigning long enough for his swearing-in at the inaugural at noon on January 20th, 2009, and a challenger who has run for

I’ve heard some people that are leaning toward 0bama but would vote for McCain if he would drop Sarah Palin.

Guess you saw/heard that Howard Stern man-on-the-street segment. If not such a serious subject, it would be hilarious. But it’s just scarey.

I liked the lady who doesn’t think we should kill Osama bin Laden, but it would be OK if we tortured him if he’s caught.

I know several who voted for obama in 2008 that are unsure if they will vote for anyone in 2012.

No wonder any kind of voter registration is not wanted by democrat politicians.

If it becomes law they will lose their voter base because they are too idiotic to figure out how to register.

0bama MUST change from 18 holes to 9 holes if he wants ANY chance to win in November then!

"Guess you saw/heard that Howard Stern man-on-the-street segment."

Unfortunately those are the people that will be loaded on the buses, given 20 bucks, or a little "baggie" and driven to the voting booths.

My wife is an Obamunist. Not so much from an ideological point of view but rather a reaction to my wild anti-Obama constant ranting. We have agreed to disagree. Most of my family is solidly in the Romney/Ryan camp, but there are some who’ve never been able to escape the Irish-Catholic democrat-for-life plantation.

Because too many people like me say "No thanks." and hang up the phone.

I posted this quotation about undecideds four years ago, and the same still holds true today:

To put them in perspective, I think of being on an airplane. The flight attendant comes down the aisle with her food cart and, eventually, parks it beside my seat. “Can I interest you in the chicken?” she asks. “Or would you prefer the platter of sh*t with bits of broken glass in it?”

To be undecided in this election is to pause for a moment and then ask how the chicken is cooked.

I think its because a lot of people are listening to their gut instincts and are not following the herd, not rushing to get branded, not following the herders to the corral.

The undecided are the ones that probably know the right answers and are also not weak minded, sorry to say which will piss off people trying to get the “decided”.

Ain’t it a bitch to still have some freedom of selection and choice? of course those that pray and kneel before communism don’t want that, they want everyone to be “decided”.

The polls won’t even be close to being accurate until the last week in October. Don’t sweat it now.

This is the media shilling for Obama, hoping they can change the voters minds on election day. Why? I don’t know.

According to Stern there are voters out there who think Romney is black
and McCain is running against Obama this year. Undecided isn't the issue,
some people just don't know or care until the day before.
