Someone needs to inform the UN we run things a little differently in a Constitutional Republic. If nothing else, we certainly do not want to feed a committed narcissist with too much false hope.

The form of address for any official head of state at the UN, and in all diplomatic protocol for a very long time, is "His/Her Excellency."
This is simply a silly thing to complain about.
