Mitt Romney's presidential campaign has "done a first-rate job of snubbing us," CBS "Late Show" host David Letterman said Friday, demanding of his audience that if the GOP nominee hasn't appeared on his show by election day on Nov. 6, "don't vote for him."
Reprising past pleas to the former Massachusetts governor, Letterman announced that "Mitch" Romney, as the bit goes, has his pick of "any night, any time, short notice, whatever he wants." President Obama went on the show last week.
Letterman said he's "getting a whiff" that Romney's "scared -- let me rephrase that... yellow," and joked that the nominee won't come to his studio and talk to him but is "going to put China in their place." He insisted his jokes about Romney aren't personal.
"We just make fun of everybody -- that's the whole deal," Letterman said. "And it just happens that 'Mitch' is funnier than Obama. So it doesn't mean anything." Pointing out that he himself is an independent, he added, "I have no dog in this fight, ladies and gentlemen.".
Romney did appear on the show in December, months before securing the nomination...

Letterman: "Listen to that applause. Wow. I mean, just wow. I am speechless. Let me try to continue. OK, quiet, please. I know. That was terrific, thank you, Mr. President. Thank you. Mitt, beside white, for obvious reasons, do you like any other color? I mean you are too white. Well, I guess green is your favorite color. Is that right, green and white? Oh, sorry, Mitt, we are out of time."
Isn’t this the same creepy old Letterman that sexually abused his staff?
Neither was Letterman's statutory rape joke about Sarah Palin's thirteen year old daughter. Neither was his crack about Palin looking like a slutty flight attendant. Hey, lighten up! They were just jokes! It was nothing personal!
Avoid Letterman like the disease he is.

Letterman’s real problem is that Romney doesn’t have any daughters to service him.But then,he’d have to hire them first because Dave only “does” subordinates.
Seems that Romney doesn’t want to get any David Letterman or Bill Maher or The View on the bottom of his shoes. Go to nasty places like that and you are sure to pick up some nasty sh!t.
I’m still bent out of shape for the ugly mean spirited way he treated Sara Palin’s family. Romney is smart not to go on Letterman.
I haven’t watched Letterman for more than a second or two (the time it takes to change the channel) since his vile comments about Palin’s daughters.

Letterman trashes Sarah Palin constantly..Romney would be an idiot to go on his show. Its not like Romney will be able to get any of those drones to vote for him, its not gonna happen. If Romney has a brain cell in his head he won’t go within 1000 feet of that sleaze bag Letterman, especially after the disgusting things he said about Willow Palin being raped by Alex Rodriguez
