This article is going to make many people angry. I don’t care because it needs to be said. Doctor Who has become fan wank. I am not slamming the performance of Matt Smith who I think is brilliant as the Doctor. I am slamming this current season’s writing staff and their inability to craft a believable Doctor Who story.

I liked the Angels In Manhattan but maybe I blinked and missed something regarding the dispostion of the final angel that zapped the Ponds.

River told her Mother,Amy, to never let the Dr see her grow old. The end was a perfect resolution. I could have used a wee bit more romance between River and the Dr in the final Tardis scene. Love the chemistry between them.

Leela, perhaps my all time favorite companion of the old and new series.
I guess I've watched too many cooking shows combining odd combinations and to differentiate between a dessert custard and a custard (batter) coating, including battering a battered raw frozen fish chunk.
Watching the youtube clip, it did raise awareness of how battered the lowly fish stick has been recently: "South Park", "Mostly Martha", etc.
The Angels are back!! Sweet!! I just finished season 6 so I need to now catch up on season 7.
John Nathan Turner, a producer of the program who really overstayed his welcome, ruined the original series and began introducing homosexual overtones into the program. Turner’s tenure began with Tom Baker’s final season (possibly forcing the highly successful Baker out of the series according to some) and continued through the cancellation of the series with Sylvester McCoy. The fiasco involving Colin Baker’s rocky two years on the show need not be recounted here.
I big source of disappointment for me has been that the series has been loaded down with too much gay agitation propaganda, even when such preaching has nothing to do with advancing the stories.
Are you talking about the 2005-present series? I haven’t noticed it, other than when they had that idiot Captain from Torchwood on there. I watched about 20 minutes of Torchwood and flipped it off quick.

Its a great show. This season wasn’t the best but it doesn’t matter. Its the Doctor. Matt is great as the Dr. but so far he doesn’t hold a candle to Tenant’s incarnation.

According to Darwinian evolution they should have died out long ago. They don't reproduce, so they have to recruit. I don't care to experience their recruitment processes!
