Dear liberty voter,
Its the day after Election Day. Mitt Romney lost.
The media praise band is playing O Hail, King Obama. The gloating anchors and pundits relay the news with giddiness: Conservatism lost. The tea party died. Liberalism has triumphed permanently.
Welcome to a world where taking the life of the unborn is celebrated, traditional family values trounced and socialized health care and phones for everybody are the rallying cries. Sky high taxes, another 6 trillion in spending and an ever weakening military are the future. Bailouts, insults to business owners, an EPA out of control and $6 gas are here to stay.
What happened?
Through your tears, you look at the numbers: Obama, 49 percent; Romney, 47 percent; 3rd party, 4 percent. You look at the percentages again and realize something: I just re-elected Barack Obama. I voted third party because there were a few things I just didnt like about Romney. I was the 4 percent. If I and 50.1 percent of that 4 percent had voted for Romney, Obama would have lost.
You are devastated as you realize that your well intentioned third-party vote just re-elected the most corrupt and anti-American politician ever to inhabit the White House. Its your fault. You did it. You voted for Obama. Now your kids, your church, your community and your country are all going to pay the hefty price...

Imagine it’s the day after election day and Romney is purging conservatives from the GOP. Conservatism lost. The tea party died. Liberalism has triumphed permanently. Imagine it’s six months later and Romney is signing a law making ss marriage legal in all 50 states. (Who is going to challenge him? Besides, John Roberts is there to protect it.) Romney is nominating Lawrence Tribe or Cass Sunstein to the Supreme Court.

If you can imagine Romney doing all that.....just imagine what obama might do.

2) Better to have obama according to you I guess (it is Romney or obama)

Conservatism lost before the primaries began.
To: Fiji Hill
If you pull the lever for Romney another liberal will win and take us further down the liberal trail. It is not his plan to all of a sudden start to vote as a conservative.
Either he is in this for the money or he believes himself to be the white horse come to save the constitution. Either way I don’t want any part of him cause his version of the constitution is not going to be the same one either of us believe in.
His priorities are all out of whack, Country and God come about 4th and 5th on his list and I believe that is giving him a benefit of the doubt.

"Tell me where he's wrong."
History proves it wrong. Republicans have been making the exact same arguments each election since the last time they nominated a conservative for president, Ronald Reagan in 1984. "Hold your nose and vote for the RINO as the lesser of two evils".
During those nearly 30 years, the country kept moving to the left, no matter which party was in the White House. George Bush 43's bipartisan administration moved the football (country) as many yards towards the left end-zone as Obama's. We have moved backwards to the point where the entire Reagan Revolution has been rolled back and forgotted. The whole political environment (media, schools, politicians) is back where it was in the 1970's before Reagan; it is that deeply left-wing. We are actually worse off because no one even talks about Communism any more, or fears it.
The Republicans have become the religious wing of the Democratic Party. This election in the long run is irrelevant because the country will continue moving to the left as long as we have a one-party system.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
Many of them were recruited by the Obama campaign through Craigslist ads. They are being paid in some cases to kill our enthusiasm and hopefully keep us from voting. After the election they will fade back into the woodwork.

Another term for Obama will mean the Supreme Court will have a majority on the far left for a generation. No true conservative who has even an ounce of concern for their children and grandchildren would risk what that means. Those masquerading here with these mind games are truly either deluded or not what they claim to be.

Please don’t put your hopes in Romney being influenced by the Tea Party. He has already taken steps to under mind Tea Party and grass roots input for the next convention. He has never even mentioned the name. Remember his brave statement about the Chic Fil A issue “It is not part of my campaign.” But he had no problem in stating how he believes Gays should be able to participate in the Boy Scouts. That IS part of his campaign. You will not be able to hold Romneys feet to the fire your Idol has clay feet.
To: fireman15
There is no way the conservative justices on the SC will retire if Obama is reelected but if Romney is elected then Scalia and Kennedy will almost assuredly be replaced by liberal Romney appointees. The country can survive 4 years of Obama it is unlikely to survive 40 years of Romney's liberal SC picks..

The first president to abandon freedom. The first president to go to war on freedom of speech. The first president to align with enemies of freedom vowing to destoy America and our very way of life. The first president to co-sponsor a resolution at the UN restricting the freedom of speech under the shari'a (Islamic law).
If he wins, America is lost.

Some of the left-wing Supreme Court justices were appointed by Republican presidents; some were approved by Republican Senates. The only way to avoid Communism is to develop a real second party.

What would you have us do, put no pressure on Romney and give him a blank check to do whatever he wants? Because that’s what I keep hearing. Tell Romney he can do whatever he wants, he has the 100% backing of the conservatives he wants to obliterate. I am sorry, if I can’t pretend to be a socialist the way you can. Being a conservative is now something to be ashamed of- among conservatives. I am sorry I am not pure enough for you and Romney. I am not telling Romney he has a blank check to do whatever he wants and I am not a perfect little sheep who will do whatever I am told.
