If you’re attempting to implicate Ambassador Stevens as the source for a copy of Obama’s 1983 Certificate of Naturalization, then you are wrong.
Ambassador Stevens kept a private journal/diary and it was stolen from him after the Benghazi Consulate attack. The notes and documents contained in the journal/diary are private.
