35 Gut-Wrenching Reasons Why a “No Vote” is a Vote for Barack Obama!
Catch Kevin Radio Show ^ | October 15, 2012 | Kevin Lehmann

Posted on 10/15/2012 10:17:00 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

If you’re planning not to vote because your presidential candidate didn’t win the primary or because you feel disenfranchised with our two party political system, not only is that the greatest insult to every man and woman who ever died to give us the freedom to vote, it’s actually a vote for Barack Hussein Obama! So before you decide to sit this one out, you need to ask yourself the following questions:

Do you want . . .

* A president who has us on the road to serfdom?
* A president who advocates higher taxes? Wealth redistribution, less freedom and less opportunity?
* A president coated in Teflon who freely gets away as an accomplice to the murdering of innocent Americans?
* A president who circumvents the constitution, but bows to Saudi kings?
* A president who nationalizes sectors of our free market economy and single handedly picks winners and losers?
* A president who forces you to buy goods and services you don’t want and then fines you for not following his orders?
* A president who is systematically bankrupting our country while giving away tens of billions of dollars to our enemies abroad?
* A president who, for the first time in American history, is robbing your children and grand children of the same freedoms, opportunities and dreams that were handed down to you and me?
* A president who does not believe in the supremacy and exceptionalism of the United States of America?
* A president who despises our military so much that he jeopardizes our national security by cutting their budget in half?
* A president who is about to foist the single biggest tax increase on the American people in the 237-year history of our country come January 1st?
* A president whose political ideology takes delight in a record 47 million Americans now on food stamps?
* A president who invests tens of billions of dollars in failing green companies that are headed by some of his biggest campaign donors?
* A president who refuses to approve a desperately needed oil pipeline that would help put many Americans to work while decreasing our dependence on foreign oil?
* A president who usurps the Constitution, ignores the separation of powers, thumbs his nose at congress and issues executive orders with impunity?
* A president with deeply rooted ties to domestic terrorists and radical Muslims and Marxists?
* A president whose upbringing was heavily influenced by radical Communists and Socialists?
* A president who appoints members of the radical Muslim Brotherhood to his cabinet?
* A president who shuns the leader of Israel, our only democratic ally in the Middle East, in favor of appearances on celebrity T.V. talk shows?
* A president who makes back door deals with leaders of Communist countries conditioned upon his reelection?
* A president who favors partial birth abortion?
* A president who produces a proven fraudulent electronic long form birth certificate?
* A president who has paid 2 million dollars to keep his medical, educational and travel records hidden from the American people?
* A president who is the first Commander-in-Chief in American history to violate the War Powers Act?
* A president who was held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling?
* A president who terminated America’s space program?
* A president who has appointed 45 czars to implement his personal agenda and reduce the United States to just another country in the New World Order?
* A president who not only promised to reduce the debt, but instead increased it by more than 50% in only four years?
* A president whose energy policy has resulted in gas prices doubling under his stewardship?
* A president who betrayed the American people and joined a foreign country in a lawsuit against a state in his own country for actually enforcing illegal immigration laws?
* A president who presided over the most incompetent and inept Department of Justice that funneled guns to Mexican drug cartels who then used those guns to kill innocent Americans and law enforcement officers?
* A president who presided over the largest decrease of American wealth, a mind boggling 40%, in only four years?
* A president whose policies have resulted in a staggering 23 million Americans either out of work or woefully underemployed?

I could go on, but there’s not enough time to list all the atrocities of Barack Hussein Obama before the elections.

If you don’t vote on November 6th, you actually are voting – voting for the road to ruin. It’s our civic duty to vote.

If you don’t like the political process or the candidates that process has produced, you still have the freedom to change it. But don’t dishonor the selfless sacrifice of patriotic Americans who preserved your right to vote out of spite for the current system.

And until we have a new and improved system, don’t delude yourself into believing that not voting makes you neutral. It doesn’t. It makes you null and void. Vote . . . it’s your blood-bought duty!

I’m Kevin Lehmann, until next time America…

Godspeed.

Bullsh*t...

A vote in the Presidential election in 2012 is a vote for a liberal....some (far to few) conservatives don't vote for liberals.

There are sore losers among republicans. There are some one issue voters. And then there are some juvenile brain level people who will take their toys home if the game does not go their way.

Luckily, the sum total of these unthinking voters is insignificant compared to more realistic and intelligent voters. So I do not worry about these voters. There are plenty of independents who are moving towards Romney/Ryan ticket.

Well Kevin,

It seems like many quasi-conservatives the 2012 election has uncovered, you seem to believe that votes appear in candidate tallies by unicorn magic. This is not the case.

I would once again prove this with simple math, but people who believe that ‘no’ vote for a given candidate increases the vote total of another are simply too stupid to warrant discussion with.

That you have a radio show in which you can spread that mistaken info proves you to be no better than the MSM as you are doing EXACTLY what they do.

Fact: A conservative is not ‘required’ to assist in the further destruction of his ideology and everything that made America what it is to promote the further march of liberalism into the Republican Party. Period. If you personally choose to participate in the further destruction of America by advancing liberalism in either of the two dominant political parties, that is your choice.

If you believe that you are doing the right thing, go for it. Some people believe in unicorns too. Personally, I don’t believe you have the demonstrated the intelligence to discern that as a problem.

I do agree with many of the points I don't support Obama. I wont vote for a liberal because he is a Republican.

I understand where you folks in the GOP are coming from, I understand that you think I must support the party nominee but I support Conservatives not Rebublkicans.

I'm not a Republican I'm a Conservative....

"Establishment Republicans" lose everytime they're listened to.
They wouldn't care if they DO lose.
If they can't be in power, they don't want US in power.
It's just that simple.
It's WAR!

"Establishment Republicans" Want to Redefine the Term "Conservative"
DO CONSERVATIVES "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS" WANT TO WIN IN 2012 OR NOT?

Palin was my first choice, but she dropped out.
Bachmann became my first choice, and she dropped out.
Cain was my second choice, but he dropped out.
Now ... Newt was my second choice, but he challenged Rush.
So now ... Rick Santorum, who use to be my third choice, is now my first choice.

But Romney, ... well at least he's not as bad as McCain was.

Jack Kerwick wrote an article on May 24, 2011 titled The Tea Partier versus The Republican and he expressed some important issues that I agree with.

I'm fresh out of "patience", and I'm not in the mood for "compromise".
"COMPROMISE" to me is a dirty word.
Let the RINO's compromise their values, with the conservatives, for a change.

The "Establishment Republicans" can go to hell!

That anyone voting for a staunch Conservative at the top of the ticket by write in or third party and in-full down ticket is declared by the scared-to-death herds to be voting FOR Obama, is beyond absurd.

This election farce has demonstrated how shallow and insignificant liberty truly is to a vast bunch of people insisting everyone march in lockstep out of abject fear.

My vote is sacred and I will exercise my liberty to cast it for whom represents my values, faith and principles. To ridicule or otherwise denounce those who are not marching in lockstep with the demands of the fearful, showcases just how tyrannical they themselves really are in terms of liberty. They would deny it as quickly and ruthlessly as the Marxists based on all the incendiary threats and condescension I’ve read over the last 5 months.

We’re not limited to vote only for a Democrat Socialist or an American-hating Marxist for president.

I refuse to be a slave of the Ruling Class and limited to the box they have shoved us all into.

I’m voting my Conservative and Christian principles and I’m thinking past November.

I am reminded of people abandoning freedom for security deserving neither. Unless of course some ‘Republican conservatives’ think they are smarter and wiser than the FF.

If the cost of America’s ‘salvation’ is gays continuing to usurp her military and her social norms, then yes, the cost is too high.

If the cost is that we accept the words of a campaign over a lifetime of actual actions that contradict, then yes, the cost is too high.

America is at it’s core an idea. A “Principle”. And if we abandon that which made America what it is, then there “IS” no America to save. And what remains is not worth saving.

A non vote in this coming election is the same as voting for the Obunghole, thats how close the margine is. Some so called conservatives had better grow up and understand that voting for the lesser of 2 evils is some times necessary. I’d rather eat strychnine than cyanide, I can get over strychnine poisoning but the cyanide will just kill me. You so called conservative children; who would rather not vote, or vote for a third party candidate who has as much chance of winning as I have of swimming to the moon had better be ready to bend over and grab your ankles. Because you are going to get horse f###ed, and there ain’t going to be any K-Y jelly to make it slide in any easier.
Romney wasn’t my choice either but he is what I have to work with now, the other choice is that Stalinist illegitimate piece of sh#t that will take every thing I have worked for all my life and give it to his home boys.
I got shot in 1969 just so you could VOTE you ungrateful bastard, NOW GET OUT THERE AND DO IT.
You don’t have to like the choices, but you do have to make one!!

No Problem. When you define exactly and logically where my posts on this thread are incorrect, then you can spout whatever you like and people will take you seriously.. Until then, you just look like the people you fought against ‘demanding’ that the people conform to their personal desires.

Again, did you really fight/get shot so that a supposedly free people could vote as your personal demands required? Really? I think you demonstrably misunderstand ‘freedom’ if that’s the case.

I would hope any body with two brain cells to rub together would use his/her franchise wisely.

But be advised, they are not going to win and that equates to one less vote for the lesser of two evils.

This is how far America has fallen.

Freedom now means even to a people on a forum dedicated to Conservatism, that we must vote for the Ruling Class Statist we are told to vote for.

In this cycle’s case, a Democrat Socialist - who now is being called a Conservative, when his record is nearly the same as Obama’s.

We’re being lectured to abandon principles and suck up to a man with a record of supporting and championing evil for the sake of supposedly defeating evil.

No thanks.

I’ll stand on principle - even if I stand alone. The rest are welcome to seig heil and goose-step to the party beat in the name of survival - but I won’t do it.

There is an accounting that comes due after this life.

I completely reject your claim that voting for the lesser of two evils is sometimes necessary. What is necessary is for conservatives to say ENOUGH we are not going to vote for liberals.

How can conservatives voting for liberal candidate's each election cycle reverse liberalism and take the country back from the liberals..the answer is it cant.

I may be an ungrateful bastard but your getting shot doesn't give you or anyone else the moral superiority to ask, let alone demand, conservatives vote for liberals.

“I’d rather eat strychnine...”

“See - they like strychnine. Let’s give them more strychnine.”

That is one reason I’m tending not to vote Romney, as they will just push more of the same on us. Secondly, as a poster wrote earlier, it is not just one or two of his viewpoints and/or past actions that go against my views and my morals - it is a whole bunch of them. And finally - I am in a state where Obama will win regardless, so my vote doesn’t matter. But - there are other reasons why I might still vote for Romney.

Especially after watching the Ryan/Biden debate I am tempted to abandon my principles just exact some minor form of spite to Biden and that stupid grin. Am also reminded of the old “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” thing. Although that could also be said of the rebels in Libya and that didn’t work out so well.

Seriously - I am still undecided (well, between Romney and a write-in). Although if I was in a swing state I would probably be voting for Romney. In his recent speeches the things he says regarding the economy and foreign affairs I agree with for the most part. (And again “Its the economy, stupid”.)

Regardless of how I end up voting - thank you for your service that allows me to vote!

It just proves that America is closer to it’s end than anyone wants to believe.

The abject stupidity I see in the excuses people make is unreal. No logical thought, no cause and effect. They are deluding themselves out of fear and sheepish mindsets.

The end result is that MR will win, the country will go further left at a marginally slower pace and at some point, nothing that once defined America as “America” will remain.

In the coming 4 years, watch closely on FR and other forums. The same people now screaming for us to vote Romney will be the loudest voices bitching when he returns to his Mass style governance. Their excuse then as now will be “Well we had to defeat Obama.

They could have done it with a conservative. But instead they bitched their way into Romney. They have only themselves to blame.

Sure. Rom will be great on the economy. But America is a lot more than it’s economy. Or at least it was before so many got cold feet....

Now it’s just a Euro experiment gone wrong.

"I’m voting my Conservative and Christian principles and I’m thinking past November."

Amen Brother. I'm in Afghanistan helping protect the troops that serve one of the few legitimate responsibilities of the federal government. I have already voted my conscience and feel the same regarding those that would coerce us to do otherwise.

From the article:
"If you don’t vote on November 6th, you actually are voting – voting for the road to ruin. It’s our civic duty to vote.

If you don’t like the political process or the candidates that process has produced, you still have the freedom to change it [emphasis mine]. But don’t dishonor the selfless sacrifice of patriotic Americans who preserved your right to vote out of spite for the current system.

Notice the author isn't saying we must vote for the "party anointed", he says that it's our duty to vote.

You know; by this time in my life I would have thought I was to smart to get into arguments with fools, they just drag you down to their level and try to beat you with experience.
By this time I should know better than to try to explain any thing to a person who spends all their time in front of a mirror, telling themselves how much smarter and superior to every one else they are.

Once again 40 watter; I don’t care who or what he/she votes for, but every one should be aware of the consequences of their vote. A refusal to vote; in my opinion is cowardice, a vote for a non-entity is nothing more than voting present.
I may not like the candidate any more than you do, but I like the alternative even less. I will not waste my vote on a nobody like Joe Sh#t The Rag Man, who simply cannot make a difference. If you want to change what we have available in the future, be cautious about who you vote for in the down ticket. Work hard for the young candidates that are worthy of your vote and try to get them elected now.
Remember they will be your choices in the future.
And yes; I did get shot, lower left abdomen and peppered with grenade shrapnel on the right side. 3 months in the hospital at Kobi, Japan.

A refusal to vote; in my opinion is cowardice, a vote for a non-entity is nothing more than voting present.

All BS aside, I have resigned myself to the fact that MR will be the next Prez. And contrary to what it may well appear, I literally pray he proves me wrong. And as I did when Palin chose not to run, I will gladly stand tall and admit that I was wrong.

But what I cannot stomach is the absolute insanity that is making the rounds. We have gone from seeing and freely discussing the actual record of the man and his PR guy’s “Etch-a-Sketch admission of his intentions to idol worship with the added on cavat that “Welllll....he wasn’t REALLY even my...er...568th choice but by God he’s gonna cure the country’s ills and make America right again!”

Weeeellllll....

No he isn’t. We can honestly expect he will be great on the economy. Perhaps be spectacular. Anything outside that I refer to his PR guy’s prior comments. And when he totally reverts to type, there will be a lot of pretending that Freepers and others didn’t REALLLLLYYYY throw their compatriots under the proverbial bus and that they were against his policies to begin with. But they just HAD to to save the country.

OK. And what will they have for a country? Nothing like the old America they claimed to love. Not when homosexuals still dictate policy in the military. Not when all the reaching (around) across the asile keeps lib policies in control. And adds more Mass style. Not when all the things they wanted, they voted against.

That’s no country I can call logically “America” with a straight face. And neither can they if they drop the Rah Rah Romney posturing and achieve a moment of honest clarity.

/Rant

Way to polarize your philosophical opponent with Alynski style.

Jihad? JIHAD??? Please. Make more of a fool of yourself with liberal accusations like that one. It wins converts I’m sure....

I’ve got one response to this:

Do we want a RINO in office who will be little different than Obama in his political actions when the consequences of dear leader’s actions finally hit us? Who do you think is then going to get all the blame? What do you think the odds are of Romney (or any republican) getting elected again any time soon?

Once upon a time, the conservatives of today were the actual classical liberals.

zer0 is a totalitarian. Your choice is not between two liberals, it is between a classical liberal and an authoritarian dictator.

While the next response from the “I won’t vote because I have principals” crowd is “I live in a state where my vote doesn’t count or makes no difference”, remember 2000 and the uproar over the so-called *popular vote*. While you may not recognize a *popular vote*, it is the final weapon from the totalitarians.

Every vote that they cannot destroy counts because while we have an Electoral College system, the MSM has invoked the *popular vote* meme before and they will do so again. By not voting, you are only helping the dictator.

Get used to this: there will not be a Conservative POTUS in this country. Reagan was once a Democrat. He allowed legalized abortion. He allowed amnesty for illegals. America still thrived.

Romney is not the enemy. If he does lose and if he does so by a close margin within the margin of fraud or litigation, you can and should blame yourself and those who also didn’t vote.

The rest of us will remember and those who refuse to *compromise* will not be easily forgiven.
