I’m not so sure. Mitt is being attacked for his “binders of women” comment, even by obama. Why? That was a nothing mistake by Romney. Is it to setup the focus on women, his “disregard” of women, prior to whatever Allred may allege? Their focus on the “binders” faux-pas sounds like a setup....(or they are just completely out of things to attack Romney on).

The only possible way to silence someone with a scandal, is if they previously signed an agreement to remain silent.
The problem with that is, even IF Romney knows who the person is in advance, Romney will just call attention to the whole thing and Gloria can run around about how Romney is so scared he tried to keep her quiet.
Also, Gloria got around this confidentiality business against Cain, by keeping the identity of the person secret, and calling on Cain to release them from their confidentiality agreement. This was highly effective and you are not going to keep the national media off a Romney scandal by waiving legal action.
I am sure they are considering using Allred on this, it’s what they do and more specifically it’s what Axelrod does. This close to the election, the person can be the biggest bimbo, scum, liar in the world and Romney won’t have time to prove that and shut teh scandal down.
If Rasmussen has the election right, it could make a big difference. If Gallup has it right, not so much.

I think you are correct about the reason for the “binder” comments.
The problem is, Allred dumps it..even if it's not remotely credible..the MSM joyfully picks it up..the retractions come AFTER election day.
However, I suspect that Romney is ready for it..
Yours is an interesting point, though I think unintentional. Are the Dems about to broach the topic that we are about to elect a full fledged religious leader as POTUS. I am not familiar enough with the workings of the LDS, but in Catholic and High Church Protestant structures the term “bishop” indicates a figure of considerable authority within the Church, making liturgical, clerical, and doctrinal decisions. Would electing Romney be akin to electing Timothy Cardinal Dolan or Episcopal Bishop John Shelby Spong? To take that route would certainly be a disrupting factor in the last two weeks.

One factual question I have: How many people were around the embassy when it was attacked? There wasn’t a protest, so how many people were there? Realistically speaking, from a special ops and military standpoint, what would have been the options by the time the military people got the live feed? What were the military people urging Obama to approve, that he didn’t approve and went to bed instead?
In the article, the woman refers to her unborn baby as “that eight-week possibility in my uterus.”

After the stuff that was pulled on Bush, if the voters who are too stupid to recognize this crap are enough to turn the election, then this country is one short gasp away from death anyway.
My hope is that the shine is off the rose, so that people can see through Obama’s hype and tripe. I was encouraged by somebody posting about their know-nothing friend who heard Obama try to claim that he had called the Benghazi attack a terrorist attack right away, but knew all the news they had heard was blaming it on that video. They believed their own ears rather than what the man behind the curtain is now trying to tell them. And if the uninformed people can see the blatant contortions by Obama, those contortions are less likely to be effective, even with the most dangerous/vulnerable segment of the public.
I think that there was something on Drudge yesterday.
Has anyone considered that this news may come from Obama’s opposition? Perhaps about his possible gay relationships.
