I got it completely on accident. I paused my DVR during the debate at the right moment. I couldn’t unpause without taking a picture of the screen. Usually that doesn’t work out too well, but this one held up nicely.
I need to see if there’s a device that grabs screen captures from TV...I’m sure there is...
