'Frankenstorm' Predicted to Slam East Coast: Hurricane/winter storm hybrid

An unusual nasty mix of a hurricane and a winter storm that forecasters are now calling "Frankenstorm" is likely to blast most of the East Coast next week, focusing the worst of its weather mayhem around New York City and New Jersey.

Government forecasters on Thursday upped the odds of a major weather mess, now saying there's a 90 percent chance that the East will get steady gale-force winds, heavy rain, flooding and maybe snow starting Sunday and stretching past Halloween on Wednesday.

Meteorologists say it is likely to cause $1 billion in damages...

It’s the ones they DON’T predict that always wipe you out.

Looks like Soros turned on his weather machine too early.

You see, it was supposed to turn west at Florida, churn along the Gulf Coast, and go ashore in Texas.

But, he got too anxious, and now it is going to hit the Eastern Seaboard instead.

I prayed for rain in Philly on election day, not a Frankinstorm a week before. If it hits as hard as some models indicate, power could still be off in some areas on election day. If god has chosen to put an exclamation point on my request, who am I to argue?

Crater Lake? With an average snow depth of 550 inches a year,
this is almost normal. We have snow on all the mountains
surrounding Grants Pass.
