Call this a guess, but I don’t see an impeachment coming in the 9 days that congress has left on this years calendar.
We simply cannot be afraid of their race card. If anything, we should use it to our advantage to get the facts out.

Actually, I heard that the news is even worse than that, as the swearing in will not be until Monday - Jan 21st b/c of MLK holiday. One extra day of misery and pain!

I think the best time for congress to start talking about it publicly is -after- November 6th when Obama has hopefully lost the election. That way the rational people will see this isn’t a campaign stunt to influence the outcome.
The truly traitorous, American haters like Wasserman-Shultz would always make accusations of it being partisan. But sane people will agree that after Obama loses, the move to remove him would be 100% for national security purposes.

Don’t be obtuse. If one believes impeachment and removal essential, it would obviously warrant a special, session. Of course, the lazy cowards wouldn’t call one - but that is another topic.
A special session in the midst of a post-election transition? C’mon, get real.

Hey, here’s a possible scenario. Romney wins in a landslide, I’m talking MANDATE. The Senate goes to the Republicans. Right after the election more details about Obamas failures in Libya comes to light. The Congress overwhelmingly votes to have the swearing in by the end of November, working out a deal with Obama not to impeach him, just resign now. Congress votes to swear in Mitt and if there is any rioting after Mitt is elected all the more reason to get him sworn in early.I guess I can still dream, right???
