The official story surrounding the events of September 11, 2012 in Bengzahi, Libya which left four Americans dead, has now officially fallen apart.
After numerous flips and flops by the Obama administration, which originally attempted to paint the incident as a Muslim outcry over an anti-Islamic video, whistle blowers throughout the U.S. government, including within the White House, the State Department, national intelligence agencies and the U.S.military have made available stunning details that suggest not only did operational commanders have live visual and audio communications from drones overhead and intelligence assets on the ground, but that some commanders within the military were prepared to go-it-alone after being told to “stand down.”
Africom commanding officer U.S. General Carter Ham, after being ordered to essentially surrender control of the situation to alleged Al Queda terrorists and let Americans on the ground die, made the unilateral decision to ignore orders from the Secretary of Defense and activated special operations teams at his disposal for immediate deployment to the area.
According to reports, once the General went rogue he was arrested within minutes by his second in command and relieved of duty.

“(The) basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on; without having some real-time information about what’s taking place,” Panetta told Pentagon reporters. “And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who was on the ground in that area, Gen. Ham, Gen. Dempsey and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.”
The information I heard today was that General Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place. General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.
General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyhow. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.

The question now is whether the American people will hold to account the chain of command responsible for leaving our people behind, fabricating a politically expedient story, and continuing to sell the now defunct lie(s) even after all of their variations of the story were found to be false and misleading.
A General who made the decision to assist diplomatic and intelligence assets on the ground has been arrested and will likely be retired or worse, while those who ordered the removal of embassy security details and ordered U.S. forces to stand-down are left to go on about their business and likely risk more American lives in the future.
In some circles the actions of those at the very top of the command structure during the Bengzahi attacks would be considered traitorous.

Somebody gave the Stand down order. Who was it.

I heard on the radio today that General Hamm left because he has an ailing wife, not due to the Benghazi mess.

Here’s the latest on Gen Ham. Congressional investigation says Ham stated he was not ordered to intervene.
There’s a contradiction between the two above Ham.
1. Obama says his first order was to secure the facility and make sure everyone was okay (in the 2nd debate and in the Denver reporter interview).
2. Panetta says that you don’t send troops into harms way without knowing everything etc.
Also contradicts that forces were sent from Tripoli (Marines) immediately.
37 people were saved by Woods and the other SEAL acting fast. (Woods’ father said 30 in the Megyn Kelly interview).
Hopefully we’ll see all the players in open testimony before Congress.
Completely bogus nonsense. GEN Ham remains in command of AFRICOM. This author has no idea what GEN Ham did or did not do.

He was “not requested to do so.”

This story, even if not accurate, still raises the right question: Were troops ready to go? Who gave the order for them NOT to go if they were ready?
Above the 4 star General Ham is Sec of D and POTUS.
POTUS says he gave the order.
Panetta now says he didn’t carry it out because he didn’t have enough information.
All of it ain’t adding up!
Relief from a command means you take the long walk away from the unit and don’t come back. They wouldn’t just let him stay there. Too much confusion. Which boss do you follow? There may have been a threat, but relief, nope. Leave the old boss there to possibly cause problems? Nope.

“It’s too late to impeach the SOB”
I keep hearing this.... To hell with this.. When we kick this traitor out of office in 8 days. The investigation needs to continue and when the information finds out that Obama let these people die, he needs to stand trial for murder and if found guilty, hung by the neck until DEAD.
Impeachment is to small a punsishment for murder. Hanging if he is found guilty for leaving heros to die, it is a just reward for a coward. And if we need more than one noose, provide it. We need to stop this abuse of power now.
Why is he still listed as commander of Africom? Wouldn't that be confusing the troops and other concerned parties?
His wife? That’d be a good story. If some incident like this did happen, to cover their a** and for him to retire as four star they may have made a deal.
But check this out:
Question 2: Leon Panetta said this (3) about sending military assistance to the annex:
We quickly responded, as General Dempsey said, in terms of our deploying forces to the region. We had fast platoons in the region. We had ships that we had deployed off of Libya, and we were prepared to respond to any contingency and certainly had forces in place to do that. But as a basic principle here – the basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on, without having some real time information about what’s taking place. And as a result of not having that kind of information the commander who was on the ground in that area, General Ham, General Dempsey, and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.
The fact is, American assistance WAS sent from Tripoli that night, but it was not military assistance. Who were the 8 guys sent from Tripoli working for? It is logical to assume they were CIA agents or on their payroll. Notice, in the State Department briefing of Oct. 9th, they do not describe the Tripoli contingent other than this:
As the night goes on, a team of reinforcements from Embassy Tripoli arrives by chartered aircraft at Benghazi airport and makes its way to the compound.
So what we have here is the first huge contradiction between Panetta and the military and the CIA. SOMEONE sent those guys from Tripoli, but it was not the military. Why was it ok to send 8 lightly armed American guys from Tripoli into harm’s way to rescue 30+ people in Benghazi, but not ok to send a heavily armed special forces contingent who have trained for just such a scenario?
The State Dept. was asked about the Tripoli 8 on Oct. 9th and here was their response:
SENIOR STATE DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL NUMBER TWO: The calls were made to Tripoli at the moment that the – at the same time the agent in the [Tactical Operations Center] sounded the alarm and then proceeded to make calls. I’m not going to go into any details about the number of security personnel who moved.
Notice the State Dept. refers to them as “security personnel.” Whose security personnel? Why only 8 sent (notice State Dept won’t give number sent)?

37 people were evacuated. Apparently there was a response (an early NBC story from 9/12 said Marines were sent from Tripoli; a later Big Gov story said no Marines were in Libya at the time!)
Another thing to look into was the regional security guy for Libya apparently mounted a counter offensive but there were too many insurgents. This man on 9/12 said it was a terrorist attack and not a YouTube video riot. He was fired a week later. Deputy Interior Minister Wanis Al-Sharif.
Anyone interview him after he was fired?
