Tomorrow Morning's Jobs Numbers Could Be a Last Minute October Surprise!

When Gallup released it's mid-month jobs survey numbers, they had dropped to 7.3%. They generally are a few points under the monthly report due out tomorrow, so that would mean a 7.5% UE3.

However, we know Obama and his minions will do all in their power to tie into their "don't change now that things are looking up" campaign theme the last few weeks.

It is very possible that the media is all keyed to go into feeding frenzy for the entire weekend with the "progress is being made; don't change now" message.

Moreover, it's very likely that Obama will doctor the numbers even more, and we could have an even lower number. Why will they do it? Because they are sinister.

Be prepared to wage email, internet war this weekend in every paper, on every bulletin board, in every conversation.

Be prepared to talk about the PART-TIME economy, and economy that doesn't get anyone closer to their dreams or to actual financial stability.

Don't put anything past these crooks.

My biggest concern during this election is fraud - at several levels.

“The economy continued its strong recovery under the leadership of President Obama as Republicans attempted to downplay the irrefutable evidence leading into election week”

I agree. I am not a fan of electronic voting.

I’d rather use paper ballots and have the count take 3 or 4 days. I couldn’t care less if the media can forcast winners on election eve.

Don’t be naive...at least 47% of the nation will believe the numbers and 90% of the media. To suggest “no one will believe it” is being naive. Plenty will believe it, hook, line and sinker.

"In fact, they just continued the fine job they were doing under Bush and Elaine Chao, who practically invented the modern art of fudging employment statistics for political purposes. The methodology changes that lead to this basically all occurred during that administration. "

Buzz! Sorry. You are probably too young to remember the REAL originator of bogus employment numbers. Begin snippet:

"Cooked books?" They hadn't even thawed them yet. Under Reagan and Bush, unemployment was measured by sending out about 60,000 "Household surveys" asking about employment. The "Chronically unemployed" were dropped from counting, defined THEN as three or four years of being out of a job. The Clinton regime dropped 9,000 surveys, mostly in inner cities where unemployment is much higher, then later trimmed the overall number to 50,000 - again avoiding inner cities. They then redefined the "Chronically unemployed" horizon down to ONE YEAR. BINGO! Instant record breaking unemployment and the lowest recorded unemployment for African-Americans in history. Wow, are we doing well or what!

What has to be remembered is that the reading of the economic speedometer (CPI, PPI, unemployment, etc) is done by the Clinton administration Department of Labor. Surely, no one is suggesting that Labor Secretary Alexis Hermann lied to make the administration look good. (Ahem! Cough, cough!)

end snippet

As Mitt said at the Al Smith Dinner right to Barry’s face:

“And don’t be surprised if the president mentions this evening the monthly jobs report where there was a slight improvement in the numbers. He knows how to seize the moment, this president. And already has a compelling new campaign slogan, “You’re better off now than you were four weeks ago.”

The United States Post Office has been on a hiring spree for more than a month and a half now. Seasonal part/full time positions for the holidays.

They even went as far as sending out huge hiring postcards to EVERY household.

You win. It’s 7.9%. I thought they’d cook the numbers more to help hussein’s last minute campaign.
