@michellemalkin @viewofadam Im from Alabama. We have great utility crews in our state. Too bad politics keeps them from showing NewJersey

Unions first, hurricane victims later. This blood-boiling report from Alabamas WAFF 48 News will come as no surprise to those familiar with the Big Labor protection racket.
The hurricane-ravaged east coast has been receiving north Alabama help, but crews from Huntsville Utilities learned theyll be doing work in Long Island, New York instead of in New Jersey. Crews from Huntsville, as well as Decatur Utilities and Joe Wheeler out of Trinity headed up there this week, but Derrick Moore, one of the Decatur workers, said they were told by crews in New Jersey that they cant do any work there since theyre not union employees The crews were told to stand down. In fact, Moore said the crew from Trinity is already headed back home.
Its almost enough to leave you speechless. Almost:
@viewofadam I'm surprised that there isn't also required validation they are Dems & voting Obama #STUPID #ForcedAcceptance #DestroyUnions

@viewofadam why would any gov't allow its citizens to suffer longer for labor views? When tornadoes hit us, we were grateful for ALL help!

@michellemalkin I thought POTUS said no red tape and nonsense!??

Alabama utility crews drive 900 miles to help restore power to hurricane-ravaged NJ and get turned away. #smh ow.ly/1Pjtmg

@ConEdison is it true that utility worker crews from Alabama are being turned away because they are nonunion?

@GovChristie Alabama utility crews turned away because they are non-union? True?

Guess well see if Obamas We leave nobody behind vow has a union label sewn on it.
perfect example of the uselessness of unions with their fat
This wonderful crew wasn’t “spurned by New Jersey”; it was prevented from helping out by the gangster labor unions and their commisars. I have elderly relatives who are out of electric going on the fourth day - no warmth, no way to cook. I would be honored to have the Alabama crew help out since the electric utilities in the State are so inocmpetent, partly due to unionized help.
The citizens of New Jersey should be ashamed.
This is bad manners at the highest level.
These utility workers from Alabama are the example of Americana while the unions are the example of corruption and greed.

Those of you thinking of voting for question 7, The maryland Gambling bill might remember all work on the Casino will be done by Unions. So any jobs that might be gained will not be to those who need the work but to those who pay Union dues.
I voted "no" on 7.
The union issue is good, but the biggest reason is that it would just give the government more money to waste. They need fiscal discipline on the expenditure side of the equation, not more revenue to waste.
RINO Christie be showin’ his stuff.
This fat fart is nothing but a typical RINO sheep dressed in wolf’s clothing.
Incompetant, to boot.
The fist thing that needs to be cut from Maryland lagesse is Casa De Maryland.
The Bama crew would probably make the union slackers look bad too. Lots of graft to be made from a disaster in NJ.
Pray for America
