Palin4President 2016
Palin4President 2016 ^ | November 8, 2012 | M. Joseph Shepard

A lot of Buzz already about Sarah running in 2016. From Palin4President comes a wealth of information. Some snippets:

"Romney lost because he simply couldn't turn out the vote. McCain/Palin turned out 6.2 Million more voters than Romney/Ryan did and that is all it would have taken to beat Obama this time around if you look at the numbers. Perhaps Romney should put some thought into what is was that McCain had that helped produce an extra 6.2 million votes, that helped create the tidal wave of the 2010 mid-term victories... here's a hint... she wears lipstick."

"A team of Palin and Martinez or Rubio or even Cruz would have tremendous possibilities in gaining the votes of women and Hispanics."

"But it is a very good day for Palin too, who will now, as she said clearly last month, challenge the very existence of the Republican Party and the Eastern establishment as she has been doing from the first."

"GOP Doomed Forever By Demographics Is Rubbish; 3 Key States Lost By Under 2%.There is a clear Path to a 2016 Win."

Palin could run, but she needs to rebuild her image...

With whom? Those who wouldn't vote for a conservative of the Founding Fathers' ilk, if you put a gun to their heads?

Sarah Palin doesn't need to 'rebuild' her image to suit those Americans who truly love their country, and who are willing to stand and fight for it.

And don't tell me that we solid American patriots are the 'new minority'. That's a load of bull that's being spouted to cover up the fact that Romney couldn't get enough conservatives to vote for him, even in the most important election of our lifetimes.

Look at the results of Greta's poll. 40% of the respondents chose Palin as the new de facto leader of the Republican party. That result is consistent with every poll of its type conducted before the 2012 campaign.

Whether she'll run in 2016 is something that no one knows at this point, but after the disaster we just endured, and the one we're sure to endure over the next four years, it's a safe bet that she will.

Dunno if I got another 4 years in me for this Windy. The stupid of the modern American burns ;)

You do, and you will, if she answers the call to duty, voter stupidity notwithstanding :-)

Yep. She’s weathered more than anyone and she’s still the favorite.

Fearless Leader and she’s the one we want.

Two years as a governor and a couple of months as a failed VP candidate isn't the most inspiring resume.

You obviously have never read her resume. It's scary impressive.

She’s at the top of my list!!

She should have been the nominee this year.

I just think about having to repeat ourselves and the thousands of posts we made blowing all the lib meme BS out of the water... and cringe.

It’s all going to be the same thing. We see it already on this thread. Same baseless ‘points.’ Same unsupported ‘facts’. And of course, the refusal to admit one has been fooled into buying the MSM crap.

The stupid. It burns. No, she’s not Reagan. But the idea she’s the Hyuck! Gorsh! Snowbilly most think is much further from the truth.

As was yours It is tedious to keep repeating history those those who have an agenda. You would not listen to any counter or logic.

To prove my point, what is the best argument you have heard from those who disagree with you about her reasons for resigning as Governor?

Nothing will happen soon. If we see Sarah out campaigning for candidates in 2014, then you can be certain that she will also be testing the waters.

If she senses great support, she may move to jump in after the 2014 elections.

Agreed, but after Terrible Tuesday, I'll bet Sarah's praying on that question like never before.

She had more grass roots support than any other potential candidate in the run-up to the 2012 primary, and that support will still be there, should she decide (this time) to honestly go for it. And she knows it, too.

Can't disagree with any of that, but I'll say this. It was all so tedious before, because one of our team mates was missing - namely Sarah. Had she run, we would have had far less to defend, because she herself would have been out there making the best case for her candidacy.

Should she now see that duty compels her more than ever to step forth and walk the path of her destiny, then our job will be a whole lot easier than before. We'll see. I hope to God she makes the correct choice this time.

Hope so too. But considering all the ‘conservatives’ that let the MSM lead them by the nose, I will not blame her is she does not.

Unfortunately we have a lot of FReepers with the same democrat ideas. If she don’t agree with me she’s trash. If she don’t hunker down to what I say she’s trash. Wake up and listen to what’s happening to this country...we’re going to be in deeper trouble in 2 years than we are now, we’ll have MORE people on the dole than in 2003, which was a 2.4 unemployment statistic. It’s going to get worse..

Sarah is a female with ideas to help this country, but we have small minded individuals who think she should walk 5 paces behind a man. She was a governor in Alaska. She was given security brief, that the south 48 governors don’t receive. She turned Alaska around from the crooked democrats with hands in the oil company pockets. That’s more than I’ve seen in the south 48, where 98% of the governors have their hands out to someone.

NO!

Palin is fine and all, but she has a libertarian pro-life view. If you want to win, you need the evangelicals. you had better toe the constitutional Pro-life line, or lose yet again.

Start with that. then enumerate the principles of ALL the conservative factions, and pick someone who can, BY HIS RECORD, uphold them all.

What are talking about? May I remind you that Sarah Palin chose to give birth to a Down's Syndrome baby, rather than abort it - even though she and her husband knew their baby's condition beforehand?

That's called putting your money where your mouth is, and it's worth more than mere words out of any politician's mouth.

I didn't say she wasn't pro-life. I said she has a libertarian view of 'pro-life' - That being that Roe v Wade Should be overturned, and that the decision on abortion should rightfully reside in the states. While 'better than nothing', that incorrect view would split the Religious Right, wherein the correct prevailing view is that life is Constitutionally protected (and I agree with that wholeheartedly).

Give the Christians a reason to come out in full force and you will get your Chik-Fil-A election. Back up on LIFE and they will not come out in force.

That's called putting your money where your mouth is, and it's worth more than mere words out of any politician's mouth.

I agree. But her position is not politically viable.

Palin needs to rebuild her image by bypassing the MSM, and becoming familiar and comfortable with Americans.

I don’t particularly care if you disagree - I am simply identifying an issue she will have to deal with if she wants to run.

I like Palin, and would vote for her in lass than a New York minute. But this is a political game, and she has to win according to political rules. The MSM built a false image of her. She, as a candidate, would be responsible for correcting that false image.

The lie has permeated the American psyche quickly. Can the truth, slower but surer of foot, catch up?

So, in other words, she's not as perfect as Jesus, and that fact dooms her chances to ever be elected. Crickey.....here we go again.

Show me one other politician who's 'walked the walk' like she has, on the pro-life issue. You're splitting hairs about her position. The woman CHOSE to give birth to a Down's Syndrome baby, knowing the outcome of that pregnancy the whole time.

I'm sorry, but that's as real as real gets in my book. She's proven beyond all doubt that she values the sanctity of life.
