He does not even begin to comprehend what the typical technical working stiff can do if said working stiff decides to start throwing monkey wrenches into the machinery,think power failures, phone service interruptions, fuel shortages ,work slowdowns that literally bring things to a really slow crawl.
All of these things can come about by just being careless in doing their job if the decided to be vigorously resistant in their efforts things will get really interesting.
