That’s not possible- with 2 races disputed in one county, no ballots can be destroyed until all challenges are complete. Up to 7 years.
They just emptied the warehouse with all the statewide votes from election 2000. Kept them locked up for 10 years.
It happened somewhere. There was so much chicanery in this election it’s hard to keep it straight without a score card.
