In the words of John Adams I am more sick and more ashamed of my countrymen than ever I was before. You have shook our hands in faith, promising to fight the insidiuous Healthcare Act to the very end, yet you cannot keep your word. Has something changed in this Act to make it more Constitutional? Have we reached the end and I just missed it? Where is your integrity, sir? We are commanded to make our yays yay and our nays nay. Perhaps you no longer see the benefit in submitsubmitting to the Word of God.

Like in most states, FL people are incapable of choosing real constitutional leaders.
With all due respect to Ms. Hall, the people of FL just voted, in effect, along with the country as a whole, to continue with Obamacare.
The opinion polls may indicate people are opposed, the voter polls show quite different.
True, but they also elected a Republican governor. And there are probably more Americans who believe this election was stolen than ever before in our history.
“in effect”, now there’s a cut and dry declaration.
state sovereignty affords options, unless, “in effect”, Federalism is moot.
You are correct. the voters did not send this message. From my vantage point, this election did not even end up being ABOUT any of the issues at hand. There was little discussion of Obamacare, other than a few moments in the first debate. There was no proposal from the winning side about how to deal with a trillion dollar annual deficit nor how to accelerate a stalled economy. It turned out to be an election on vanity, not issues...which is remarkable because of the deep dissatisfaction among voters with the status quo. Despite that, they chose the status quo.
John Adams quote is exactly how I feel. I'm still sticking to my half of all Americans are ignorant and not willing to take the time to understand that we are becoming a dictatorship by a ruling class of communists. This included almost all of the current Democratic Party.
People deserve the politicians that they elect to office. Before his election, Rick Scott's actions while head of HCA gave hint that he viewed himself as above the law thus having disdain for the Constitution. Does any Florida voter really expect him to change his mindset?
In Florida, all this would mean is that the first page of the ballot whould have to be re-fed through the scanners. If a scanner breaks down, discard that scanner's count and use another machine. Important, prior to scanning, do a test run, to make sure the scanner is accurate. Then and only then will I believe that Obama actually won Florida. The turn out was tremendous throughout Florida, yet was below 2008. How can this be? Were votes not counted in these counties?
I live in a poor rural county and the vote for Romney/Ryan was 2 votes for every Obama vote. It's only in the large urban areas, where the vote is so large that a recount would be problematic that problems occur.
Important: It is who counts the votes, not who votes, or how many vote.
The people who counted this time were members of the same suspect group that messed up the vote in 2000.
Ohio and Pennsylvania need to do likewise.
Any state that does not require a photo ID (unlike Florida), is where voting is suspect. After all even the UN observers could not believe we don't require a photo ID.
All absentee ballots are also suspect, and should be checked against signatures on file, prior to election day, to make sure the vote is legal. Yet, in Broward the Supervisor of Elections was allowing peoople to pick up absentee ballots on Sunday, vote, and hand them in. This was after early voting had ended on Saturday. It was their way of getting around the laws on the book. When were these signatures validated?
After all the inauguration isn't until January, 2013. Let's be sure that Obama really won. Ask the Supervisors of Election in each state to recount all votes, with both political parties observing. Any state who used a touch screen that defaulted to Obama, should either be thrown out, or a revote be done, using machines that do not default to one of the candidates
