Obama effort to strip constitutional gun rights may start American Civil War
The Examiner ^ | November 16, 2012 | Kevin Fobbs

Are you ready to wake up in an America where your family is defenseless against enemies foreign or domestic? This reality is right around the corner. A day after his reelection, Barack Obama signaled the United Nations that he is ready to sign an Arms Treaty to strip you of your U.S. Second Amendment Constitutional right to bear arms.

This is not new. The United Nations made earlier attempts during the administration of former President George W. Bush. But, President Bush soundly rejected the measure. Now, President Obama, fresh off of this presidential win, feels emboldened to go forward with his design to unilaterally dismember the guaranteed constitutional protections citizens of this nation are entitled to.

Do you feel comfortable with the idea that the U.S. State Department under the control of either Ambassador Hillary Clinton will truly represent your interest? What about her possible replacement nominee, America’s United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice? This is the same Ambassador Rice’s who went on five television network shows to cover up the truth of what happened to four Americans murdered on 9/11 in Benghazi, Libya.

Where does that leave Americans?

The real question is what are you prepared to do in order to defend your right to defend your family? Will you wait to see what happens? Or will you take the necessary steps to make certain that you will not have to wait and see if United Nations gun control officials knock at your door, demanding, and “Gun license and registration, please!”

The right to control your guns is not open for debate or for negotiation. It is a sovereign right that no foreign organization, including the United Nations has the right or the authority to undertake, because a president gives the go ahead....

Obama is an evil communist dictator and has already bypassed Congress many times including with that executive order granting Amnesty and this: this is how this villain Obama will try to take our guns away using this method when it bypassed Congress to sign ACTA wich will allow the censoring of the Internet.

In signing ACTA, President Barack Obama has again leapfrogged over the U.S. Constitution, critics charge. The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) was signed by the United States and several other countries on October 1 with little fanfare.
In wake of the recent uproar (and subsequent shelving) of the proposed United States’ bills SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) and PIPA (Protect IP Act), however, many Americans are now turning their fears toward ACTA.
This is not surprising, as critics say that ACTA would censor the Internet even more severely than either SOPA or PIPA would have done.

According to Forbes:

Few people have heard of ACTA… but the provisions in the agreement appear quite similar to – and more expansive than – anything we saw in SOPA. Worse, the agreement spans virtually all of the countries in the developed world, including all of the EU, the United States, Switzerland and Japan.

And this treaty would trump all local and national laws.
Which is part of the reason critics, constitutional scholars, and one Senator is challenging Obama’s constitutional right to sign this treaty.
Obama claims that he signed it as an “executive agreement” which does not require Congressional approval. However, everyone else categorizes it as a treaty, which does require such approval.

Oh, there are more than 60 million armed Americans, or were you just counting the South?

Last I heard but you never know who’ll jump up and be counted. Since I’m home now make that one more civilian with a gun.

If Obama signs it, that is directly impeachable.

No, it is an act of Treason.

“SeeBS Channel 5 in Phoenix really has their Huggies in a wad over this.”

I sincerely hope so. When the war starts, these whores should be priority one targets. They are the enemy.

Obama already signed an International treaty ACTA that censors the internet. And Obama bypassed the Senate and Congress to sign it. the media and the government has hidden this from the people:

An estimate of guns owned by private citizens in the state of Texas is 39 million.

That sounds credible.

That is about 2 for every man woman and child in the state.

I am very comfortable with that condition.
