I don't think supporting Obama would have furthered the Conservative cause. It would have put the chain around our necks sooner and led us to the gas chambers.

Conservatives are adrift. The GOP doesn’t care about us except when they want us to win elections for them and then they can take the credit.

The only hope of waking them up is to cut off the money source to the RNC. and that hasn’t happened yet but hopefully it will.

Even then, the elitists who run the party probably won’t get it. Levin was talking about the “old guard” having to be booted last night to make way for new fresh conservative faces. anyone know if he named names? I only came in at the end. We know that Rove would top the list but wondering who else he wants to see gone.

And he ripped Bill Kristol and rightfully so after his endorsement of raising taxes on the rich.

I think it’s time to shed the illusion that the GOP is going to come around. They’re not interested in becoming more conservative, they’re interested in becoming less conservative. I’d love to see them immediately cut off from the majority of donor money. People are giving their hard earned money to deceitful traitors. It’s reached the point where you have to question the mental well-being of anyone who believes anything coming from these devils.

I certainly never advised anyone to support Obama. The point is that people can give to the candidates (or pacs) they want and who they think are worthy stewards of the money.

Millions of individual conservatives are gathering organically on the web and through mediums like talk radio, conference calls, Skype and actual tea parties that formed almost overnight.

To say that those people are “supporting Obama” reminds me of the Rove people who slandared all of the conservatives supporting Newt, Rick or Michelle Bachman. They would make such accusations about people who didn’t see their Romulan enlightenment.

Technology has basically eliminated the usefullness of parties. The RNC through the Rove’s, Crystols and Bushes have undermined the “brand” so much that it may be more of a liability at this point.

We might be better off described by adjectives than by brand label.

There is little difference between demoRats and the GOOP. I did not leave the republicans they left me. I was independent and now they listed me as unaffiliated. I choose Conservative and am awaiting the Tea Party. Sarah is my choice right now. I would have felt much better if I had voted for her.
