I don't agree that any born and raised American is predisposed to be a taker....Romney suggested 47% might be, but of that number I would hope most would hope something better was obtainable. Executive handouts always evolve into “let them eat cake”. Even the lower 10% in America know not to rely on Uncle Sam for their needs. Voting for Obama did not fill the “have not” void so many of us have, it was a way of holding onto something that even Oprah referred to as “NEVER IN OUR LIFETIMES DID WE EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN!!” So powerful a statement presented by someone who has transcended any social limitation; it is the most powerful statement I've heard in my lifetime. But at the end of the day, when all color bestowed by the light of day fades, what is left is the truth. Honor, Truth, and Integrity...sounds like a lesson Jesus hung on a cross to convey.

Carlos Ramirez, did you seek out your “rib”? Did you remaine pure in the search for your soulmate? Have you resisted the temtations of the flesh, subdued the primitive you? My guess is no, you faltered as allowed in the “free will” clause. Now try to understand what it was that caused you to choose the path you have taken. Would you entrust your family’s, your friend’s, or your own well being to the same self gratifying urges?

FRiend, am wanting to add to your conversation, though may not be able too. Will try. The vote just past is an indication of something to come, maybe. Perhaps, Americans have witnessed the point of tipping. Perhaps the number was wrong of 47%. Perhaps the number is more of 53%? Unknowns come at a nation and unknowns can take down or tip over a nation. In speaking with persons outside of this nation, they the givers are as worried as the givers here in our nation. The takers were never worried, for like a thief in the night, takers take. If givers verses takers is the route our nation has chosen, one may as well discuss the state of affairs in the open. For if that point of tipping has taken place the takers have won only to eventually lose, along with the givers.
