It says here he may have $250,000 fine.... Chojecki released on a $170,000 unsecured bond, with the condition of electronic monitoring.. In other words cut the electronic monitoring device so that he can flee and never be seen or heard from again. They trust Chojecki so much he gets released on on a $170,000 unsecured bond.They may as well have taken him to the airport and provided him with a 1 way ticket to Poland.
