Pig flying moment at the Huff Pos: US backing anti-western jihadists in Syria

Reality check on Syria and who Obama is backing. Heads are going to roll (no pun intended) over at the Puff Ho. Someone didn't get the memo on the Muslim Brotherhood.

Notice that the few of us who have a spot-on record of predicting events in Egypt, Libya, and now Syria are still marginalized and prohibited from weighing in on the oped pages of big media. Expect no mea culpas from the media or a reversal of coverage. It's a death march. And the more wrong they are, the more they dig in their hooves.

"Expert: West Helping Wahabbi Winter Spread to Syria" Cleo Paskal Huffington Post (thanks to Tom)

The United States, Britain, France, and others, have just recognized a rebel coalition as being Syria's legitimate representatives. However, serious questions are being raised about the coalition, including by Canada, which is refusing to recognize it until it rejects extremism and pledges to protect minorities -- something it is unwilling to do.

One person watching the situation very closely is Prof. M D Nalapat, UNESCO Peace Chair, and Director of the Department of Geopolitics and International Relations, Manipal University. Prof. Nalapat has an unusually spot-on record in predicting trends in the region. He was in New York City on September 11, 2001, having just warned that the U.S. was likely to be targeted. At the start of the Arab Spring, he was already predicting a 'Wahabbi Winter'. And he foresaw the current catastrophic situation in Libya from the early days of the conflict. This is what he has to say about Syria.

Who are the people who have just been recognized by the U.S.?

Nalapat: The U.S. and the EU are essentially recognizing people whose influence disappears outside the borders of NATO member states.

“Expert: West Helping Wahabbi Winter Spread to Syria”

everyone is coming late to the points I was making as soon as the “revolt” in Syria began

the west is no more than a tool in the Wahabi’s hands and in the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood

Syria is a proxy war between the fundamentalist Shia friends of Assad in Iran and the fundamentalist Wahabi-Sunnis led by Saudi Arabia

there will be no benefit to western interests by the fall of Assad and much, much, much more for Israel to worry about

Anyone with half a brain knew Bammy was community organizing these “protests for democracy” to turn the Mideast over to his brotherhood. He’s an anti-American wacko.

Huffenpuff’s big butt will look nice in a burkah. She’ll make more sense a Muslim’s fist in her chompers.

Do you think Arrianna is smart enough to understand why Bammy wants to ban speech that angers the Muslim Brotherhood in America? Has she ever even heard of Sharia?

IOW, the US is *not* backing them — HuffPo, after all, is a party-line shilling org.

Thanks Perseverando.
